E' molto silenzioso, si sta molto bene, è pulito e le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose.E' in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo a Delft (molto carina) e vicino a Den haag e Rotterdam (solo con macchina).Sistema di condizionamento indipendente e ben impostabile. E' raggiungibile solo in macchina. |

La cordialità del personale. Parcheggio comodo nel cortile dell'hotel. Non avere problemi se si viaggia con il proprio cane. La posizione strategica dell'hotel dal quale, se si viaggia in auto, si può rapidamente raggiungere Rotterdam-L'Aja-Delft-Leiden e tante altre belle località dell'Olanda. La prima colazione non è compresa nel prezzo del pernottamento. |

Le stanze sono abbastanza attrezzate e i letti davvero comodi. Buona e abbondante la colazione. Avevo chiesto una stanza matrimoniale ma ho avuto una stanza con due letti separati. |

Excellent dinner which was served even after the scheduled time for dining room to close. Friendly and helpful staff. Billed for breakfast though didnt have it - this was promptly corrected |

The fact that at of the week I could leave. Free parking Be very aware of your Bill, The staff there add on extras to your bill. I paid 100 Euros more for food and drink I did not have, Talking to other people that have also been there the same happened to them. |

The hotel is very clean, with nice atmosphere and helpful staff. Very good price for this standard. It’s localized near the highway but it is quite and comfortable. It's great place for people who travel. Delf (town) is beautiful place, everyone who gets there - must see it. But it is quite far to the city center - 30 min walking distance. |

The staff were very helpful even to preparing breakfast half an hour early than usual so we could eat before going fishing. (Breakfast was good). |

The bed was really comfortable. We got good value for the money we paid. It's rather far from the city center (20 min walk). We knew that, but we were planning on renting bikes from the hotel, as advertised in their description. But they didn't have any bikes to rent. |

Everyone who helped us was wonderful. We were very pleased with this hotel. We found it on the internet, and we thought it was much more out of the way than it was. It was a bit of a circuitous route by bus, but after that first day, we easily walked into Delft and the Central train station. The food was great at the restaurant too, we recommend eating the daily specials. |

The lady at the front desk was very kind when checking in. To sorry I don't remember her name. She did say that she did her training in aruba. Very helpfull and complied with a special request I had. |

Staff was friendly and helpful Yes, The room had lot of spiders and was not clean at all. We had to request for rrom change but then the other room also had spider but not as many. We were not very comfortable with the cleaniliness. |

When I did (check in) they asked for my banking credit card for a copy of it. Two days later, when I needed raising money, I discovered that they had, without my knowledge and my agreement, blocked, in my banking account, the value of the stay in the hotel, plus a pledge of almost equal sum. This situation caused me immense familiar and economic problems, during the stay. |
