Advertises a restaurant, which was an important factor when booking but restaurant not open during the entire duration, even though a dinner reservation was made for 2 evenings at the time of booking!

It's location, very convenient for a stopover close to a motorway.

Friendly helpful staff who spoke good English and provided us with more teabags, and once understood, a glass of cold milk for the tea. Perfect for the British traveller!

The hotel is a short bus journey out of town and thee are no other places to eat nearby. Lidl is a short walk for any provisions.

The room and the beds were small but everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were extremely helpful. 2 local buses ran by the hotel from the train station which took only less than 10 minutes. It was extremely convenient for us to get the shuttle bus to Floriade.

I guess this was built as a motel, the main entrance was in front of their parking lot which was quite hidden from the main road. It took us a while to find it.

Ladies at reception were really good & helpful.

No lift at hotel and not easy to climb stairs with your bags when you are senior cityzen. Rooms too small to move around. Breakfast bit expansive for the price and what you get for it.

Good & varied choice of food both evening meal & breakfast, nice friendly staff and because of the nice weather nice gaden area for meals & drinks.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The rooms had everything we needed, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. There were extra pillows available and the first sheet of the toilet paper was folded to a little point. I appreciated that little extra touch when chamber maids have tight schedules. The soaps were concave to reduce wastage, again I appreciated the effort to minimise waste.

My husband found it difficult to sleep because the noise of the extractor fan in the bathroom. Even when he closed both communicating doors he could still hear it. Checking out was slow because there were 4 groups waiting. Perhaps they could assign another person to check out duties at peak periods.
