The room was excellent and the breakfast was very good. It was expensive. The breakfast could have been included in the price. |

The hotel was a short walk from the old town centre and canals. The buffet breakfast was good. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was only one bedside table for a double bed. The hotel car park was full, so we had to pay until 22:00 and then from 09:00 the next morning. As most guests will travel by car, the hotel could provide parking permits for the public car park. |

Location near the citycenter Noisy, try to get a room on the parkingplace side. Small room, depressing color choice. Considering prices you might get for better hotels the price/quality ratio of this hotel is rather poor. However, for a one night stay it is suitable |

The hotel was in a central location for my needs with easy access from the motorway. The city of Zwolle is very nice with good restaurants and bars. The hotel was well run with friendly and efficiant staff who were always very helpful. |

Staff is very good. Good position: not so far from city center. Breakfast is continental and excellent. Price too high for the room aspect: too small and not so clean. It's near a street: noise from traffic but in any case it can be accepted. |

the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Yes the fact that on the morning i left as i was leaving i was very thirsty and asked for a cup of orange juice . I was charged 2 euros, that was after paying a bill for 1000 euros |

Friendly helpful staff. Free parking at the back of the Hotel. Hotel easy to find and only a 5 minute walk into town. |

Close to town, very easy to find and clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff made our first encounter with dutchies quite enjoyable. Internet acess was limited, did not allow time based use just upfront hours. did not give great length (6eu/50mins). breakfast was too expensive and for the price should really have been included! |

The hotel is close to town Stayed here two years ago, gone downhill since then. Could not eat here as restaurant had to be booked. Breakfast (extra charge) had little food left. Very very noisy trailer park neighbours until 5am, no-one had much sleep two nights running. No towels in room, had to wait 3 hours to get them. Having said all this, the hotel was very busy and the staff clearly could not cope. |

The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel room was clean. It is really value for money. I did not like the eggs at breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was nice (very good bread). |

It was clean and tidy and just what you need for an overnight stay. Location was near the town centre and yet quite quiet. I shall be needing to stay in Zwolle again and this will probably be the hotel I use. Price of the internet connection was outrageous (6 Euro/hour) and the charge for the breakfast was also extremely high (11 Euros) for a buffet. For this reason I did not use either facility. |

Friendly staff, proximity to City Centre The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. Radiator in room didn't work, staff was alerted to this but nothing was done. Restaurant food below average. Poor value for money, the hotel takes advantage of the fact that Zwolle lacks hotels near the City Centre within the medium price-range. |

quiet, clean room, parking for free on site, 24h reception, central, building is in good shape, even if it is around 10-15 yrs old, w-lan in room, extra costs ok, late check out at 12, bath tub |
