Close to town, very easy to find and clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff made our first encounter with dutchies quite enjoyable. Internet acess was limited, did not allow time based use just upfront hours. did not give great length (6eu/50mins). breakfast was too expensive and for the price should really have been included! |

The hotel is close to town Stayed here two years ago, gone downhill since then. Could not eat here as restaurant had to be booked. Breakfast (extra charge) had little food left. Very very noisy trailer park neighbours until 5am, no-one had much sleep two nights running. No towels in room, had to wait 3 hours to get them. Having said all this, the hotel was very busy and the staff clearly could not cope. |

The staff was very kind and friendly. The hotel room was clean. It is really value for money. I did not like the eggs at breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was nice (very good bread). |

It was clean and tidy and just what you need for an overnight stay. Location was near the town centre and yet quite quiet. I shall be needing to stay in Zwolle again and this will probably be the hotel I use. Price of the internet connection was outrageous (6 Euro/hour) and the charge for the breakfast was also extremely high (11 Euros) for a buffet. For this reason I did not use either facility. |

Friendly staff, proximity to City Centre The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment. Radiator in room didn't work, staff was alerted to this but nothing was done. Restaurant food below average. Poor value for money, the hotel takes advantage of the fact that Zwolle lacks hotels near the City Centre within the medium price-range. |

quiet, clean room, parking for free on site, 24h reception, central, building is in good shape, even if it is around 10-15 yrs old, w-lan in room, extra costs ok, late check out at 12, bath tub |

This hotel is in a good location. It is close to the expressway and within walking distance to the city center. It is clean and and the staff professional. |

No mini bar fridge in the room - i was there for a long time and not able to keep anything cold. Also no ironing boards, yes you can have an iron but iron your clothes on the bench doesnt work to well. |

The whole staff worked as a team helped each other out when busy.Nothing was too much trouble even gave advice on Tourist sites!! We ate all our meals at Hotel,on last night chef must have been away as meal was nice but not up to the standard of previous nights (6) |

Dat we onze hond mee mochten nemen zonder extra kosten. Het was ook erg fijn dat we nog geen kilometer van de IJsselhal af zaten waar we deelnamen aan een evenement. De stad met restaurantjes/terrasjes was op loopafstand. Een hondenuitlaatzone op nog geen 100 m. afstand. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk, ontbijt was goed en vers en voor de kinderen zelfs gratis! Heerlijk geslapen op goede bedden. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het is op loopafstand van het centrum, ideaal voor winkelen. De kamers zijn niet groot en het is erg warm op de kamers. |
