The elevator was a cool design. The room and bathroom decor were really nice and the view was fantastic. The included breakfast was great. |

Nice, clean and modern rooms with lots of facilities. Breakfast was excellent (champagne!). The hotel was very close to the boulevard of Scheveningen and you can easily rent a bike to go to The Hague! (20 min drive). We were sleeping at the back side of the hotel so we could hear a lot of noice from the tramstation...Also 17.5 euro fot the parking place is too expensive. They should have a special price fot hotel guests... |

I was pleasantly surprised at the total quality of the experience. While I had read a number of negative responses from people who stayed at the Carlton Beach, I did not find them descriptive of what I encountered; just the opposite. I was in a high, sea-side room and that was really nice; the place was clean, not brand new, but more than adequate. |

Good location at the beach, nice room with balcony, comfortable bed, good looking room. Sun terrace, swimmingpool (indoor), good breakfast. The room was refurbished, but they had not removed the old carpet on the floor wich was dirty and full og dust. Also the bathroomdoor was no good if you like to have some privacy on the toilet.. |

The "romantic" Package is a very good option. Service in the Smugglers Grill is very good. Service at the reception is not really friendly. |

uitstekend ontbijtbuffet, hotel waar we elk jaar 2 x teruggekomen zijn, constante kwaliteit, restaurant behoorlijk goed parkeerplaats hotel soms vol, maar vlakbij wel grote openbare parkeerplaats. parkeren voor hotelgasten zou wat goedkoper mogen. |

Tout etait bien, petit dejeuner , diner , etc..... Les portes qui claque ... le manque de propreter des sanitaires ( lavabo , robinetteries) "calque " je pense que quelque soit le nombre d'etoile qu'un hotel peut avoir la propretée de la salle d'eau est primordial , vu tous les humains qui y passent , surtout avec la grippe a ...a part ca rien a signaler sejour agreable .... |

Bord de plage, séjour et chambre séparés, restaurant, proximité bord de mer. OUi: 1ère nuit pas dormi de la nuit( travaux de maintenance du tramway juste en dessous des fenêtres pas isolées: impression d'avoir les camions dans notre chambre. Changement de chambre le lendemain: pas d'aide du personnel: obligé de transporter les bagages( avec un bébé.Le Dr a vu que j'étais malade: nous venions en bord de mer car j'avais une grosse sinusite et besoin de repos. Cela a été réussi. Le directeur n'a même pas fait le geste d'offrir les petits déj: passer une nuit assise dans son lit, pour 20o euros. Le directeur m'a dit qu'il n'était pas responsable du bruit occasionné par les travaux. Certes, mais il est responsable de l'isolation des fenêtres. J'ai été deçu par son attitude méprisante . Un tout petit geste aurait suffi |

De ligging en het feit dat later op de dag uitgechequed kon worden. Rustige sfeer en prima kamer met uitzicht op zee. De ontvangst was niet professioneel en vriendelijk. Jonge kinderen die stonden te stuntelen en zij zagen er onverzorgd uit in hun weinig flaterende viezige kleding. Het HP diner was beneden peil. |
