Very helpful and friendly staff, and all the facilities we needed for a business trip - free WiFi and business centre etc. Rather complicated billing system for breakfast - not clear what was included in the tariff.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very good. Bathroom with bath and seperate shower. Clean. Shower rather small for such a hotel. Breakfast is very good. Fresh orange juice is also available at breakfast and not only at dinner. Dinner was also good. Friendly staff. But in all fairness I booked this hotel as I had a great offer. Normally I would not book this hotel, as I consider it too expensive. Parking is not free. They only have an unsecured internet connection.

It's quite close to my office, and useful for meetings The barman is a treat! It's very expensive for what it bringd, even breakfast at 24.50 Euros! Once you are in the area, unless you have a car there's nowhere near

Eten is goed, alles is keurig verzorgd; maar het interieur en het concept is verouderd en aan vervanging toe. Daarom is prijs/kwaliteitverhouding onvoldoende. De goede reputatie op basis van booking.com viel dus erg tegen.

We often stay at the Carlton president it has a good location for Utrecht Amsterdam ect staff are very good it is always clean and friendly one bad thing they now charge for parking

Great sevice, freindly staff and handy for the highway. Although not worthy of a complaint, after requesting a quiet room, I was awoken during the night when heavy rain falling on the window made a loud drumming noise. It was too dark to see how this could be rectified, but by having your building inspector watch for this during a daylight rainstorm may help determine a solution.

Is a hotel with 4 stars and worthy of those 4 stars. Nice and classy ambiente, large enough rooms, friendly staff, possibility for wellness well equiped, very nice breakfast buffet .... so to be recommended

Value for money very beneficial, assuming 70 euro/noc/2os. Grand hotel styled on an exclusive Never in my life have taken me a deposit with the card at check-in. Wymeldowując the collected charge, and waited for the return of the deposit over a week. I wrote to the hotel, because there was no refund. He had to contact someone on this issue but received no response to email. embarrassing

Welcoming hotel staff, good breakfast for all tastes, nice relaxing spa area. The bed has just this duvet and it is too warm for the season. I would have preferred some simple cover that I can remove at my pleasure.

Very nice staff. Polite and helpful. Good food, also for oversensitive vegetarians like me (something I wouldn't expect from a hotel). Quiet, even though close to the road. The rooms are clean and cosy. In one word - everything one would expect from a hotel. Last not least - comparing to others - inexpensive.

It is a semi-luxurous hotel, and I managed to book a room using a special offer, so that value-for-money was excellent Location is not so good. Its rather far from Utrecht, and without car I do not know how we would reach the center of the city. On the other hand, parking fees in the center of Utrecht are extremely high (around 5 euros/hour), and we had to spent some time to park the car outside the city center.

Wonderful value for money. A Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and a small, but decent health room made this a very relaxing night outside of Utrecht. Took us 15 minutes to drive from downtown. Parking costs €5, but that's not that bad.
