The hotel is not in Utrecht, it is far from Utrecht and is expensive to go to the city.

reception was very friendly; breakfast was wonderful - great selection of bread, fresh fruit & cheese(included in our price - otherwise very expensive); even though it is out from the center of town it is easy to get to on bus 37 (runs 2X - 3X per hour)

cleanliness issues - dirty cups & kettle in the room; steam room dirty w/old cups about & dirt on the seats; dirty plate at breakfast.

We had a +breakfast deal, and the breakfast was very nice by European standards.

While nominally in Utrecht, the hotel is actually a 15min drive from the city. Wireless internet was quite unstable (I didn't need heavy use, it was stable enough for picking mail). The standard room was barely sufficient for us (parents + 2, aged 4&6), not very spacious (contrasting other reviews on this site -- hotel staff had told me this in advance).

I think the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the lobby area was very pleasant. Location near to the highway was good if you need to be in one of the commercial areas around Utrecht. Far away from the center though.

As with many expensive hotels, all the extra's cost an insane amount of money (5,95 for 50 minutes internet). this always makes me feel they are trying to squeeze every penny out of the company paying for it. The bathroom was also not cleaned properly (hairs in the bathroom). After having asked for this to be cleaned it too wasn't done properly, which I thought was a shame. I hate hair!!

I liked everything. The services, the room, the breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpfull. The location is great, near the highway betwin Amsterdam and Rotterdam so you can easily visit both cities.

Good weekend rates; free Internet access in the lobby.

Lack of a pool (there appears to be only one hotel in the entire of Utrech with a swimming pool) is unfortunate, though hardly critical. Breakfast needs a lot more work - lacking in variety, quality, and quantity. Getting to and from the hotel by bus is not well designed, requiring you to cross a busy road with no pedestrian crossing.

Staff was professional. At check in a rude woman tried to interrupt but was politely told her issue would be addressed as soon as the clerk was finished with us.

The extremely low exchange rate offered, 0.51 euro for 1$ made me uneasy about the hotel. Also, wireless internet should be free in guest rooms.
