The overall impression on approach & entering is first class. The room was large & excellent decor, and so too the bathroom; very well designed. Very elegant curtains. Lots of hot water. Good accessories. Shoe shine. Superb free internet/computer/printer/paper office for guest use. The lighting in the bedroom was weak. Although I do not like to keep on a bright central light all the time, I think it should be there as an option. The dining room decoration was not 4 star. The carpet & chairs & tables & lights & cutlery quality need upgrading. The breakfast was not 4 star. The juices tasted synthetic. I expected something of a higher class for 24 Euros. The bacon was excellent. There was no option for different eggs. The breads were limited. Too much packeted food seemed tired. It was fine, but lacked lustre. Nice staff, but weak ingredients. |

The price I paid was not the price mentionned in the booking offer, even taking the city tax and breakfast into account, invoice per night was 20€ higher => watch out your invoice before payment. |

We only stayed for one night but it was excellent They only offer internet facilities in private for a huge fee, 5.40 eur for 50 minutes. However they offer such facilities in a common space which is free of charge. |

Breakfast was excellent and a free leisure center are definite advantages of this hotel. Although the highway is only a stone's throw away it is quiet inside the room and there is a landscaped yard outside that can be accessed. It needs some updating. Furniture, carpets, comforters, and paint was outdated. The personal is friendly and the hotels offers a leisure center for free. Free parking is a plus but wireless internet should be available for free, rather than charging 6 Euros per hour. |

Parking available, Very friendly staff, Delicious rich breakfast, Clean. Paid Wifi Internet. Today I would expect a 4 star hotel to have a wall socket with internet free, or free Wifi. In best case both. Some trouble with payment, but I hope it will be solved as misuderstandning. |

Worth the price. Excellent summer terraces. Spacious rooms. Still, at least some rooms will soon need a renovation to be able to correspond to a 4* hotel. But at the moment it is perfect. The breakfast is a bit pricy - 24 euros. |

The hotel has very convenient pricing for the quality of the rooms and breakfast. The set up and infrastructure is very nice. The hotel is a bit remote from Utrecht, so you need a car. |
