Carlton Square Hotel  

The bathrooms were recently renovated and were very nicely set. The bed wasvery comfortable.

The room decór is a bit outdated and this could be improved.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Karen and Patrick! We loved our room and everything about the hotel. Great location and easy to catch a train into Amsterdam or a bus to other areas.

Lots of room and every possible comfort. Staff was prompt and gracious.

We find duvets too warm to sleep under. Staff brought us sheets to use instead. A light blanket would have helped. We were comfortable though! Breakfast was great!

The staff was wonderful. Patrick and Robin in the restaurant and Irene on the front desk were very helpful. My room was clean. The computer and internet was free and I could use as much as I wanted. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I would come there again. The staff got me ice and a knife and generally helpful

I stayed for 6 nights and the breakfast was nice but it did not vary from morning to morning. I would have liked some different fruits, maybe pastry's or waffles and strawberries. What they did serve was O.K.. but a little variety would have been appreciated.

Lovely hotel Great location Lovely town for shopping eating and drinking Forget Amsterdam, Haarlem is much nicer and safe!!

The double bed was small for 2 person (1.40m) and a bit too old (not well supporting anymore)

The location is a littler bit far from the railway station.

Hot water for tea at breakfast - please, please can we have boiling water? Staff need to turn on the urn much sooner.

Friendly staff, the little extras. Eg: New Year's Eve they had olliebollen and wine as complimentary celebration. Always willing to assist.

Friendly, courteous staff. Clean comfortable, well appointed room. Unlimited supply of tea, coffee, drinks etc at no extra charge. Great breakfasts.

Quiet, comfortable, good location close to all the best Haarlem has to offer. Shops, restaurants and all the cultural sites are within an easy walk or cycle ride. Brilliant!

Traditional but beautiful hotel. Very centrally located (walking distance) with friendly staff, excellent breakfast, quiet rooms and comfortable beds! Parking garage in basement.

Close to the shopping area and central location of Haarlem, good rating on this site and was all true. Good facilities, parking nearby, excellent staff, pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and how quiet it is.

I love the comfort and very warm welcoming atmosphere of the Hotel. The staff are friendly and the restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast. Room service is good and internet access is also easy. It is an added bonus to have the Whiskey bar available to meet with other collegues and watch sports together.

Very large room with a complementary bar. Location was excellent - short walk to the pedestrian streets and museums. The shower was also pretty amazing! Free Wi-Fi and easy to access.
