harlem es precioso y el hotel esta bien situado Teniamos abejas y mosquitos en la habitación pedimos algo para quitarlos, nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien y no fue así.Uno se hundía en la cama muy blanda A la hora de hacer la reserva para una noche nos bloquearon como garantia por si no veniamos 2 noches incluso durantes días después de irnos y de haber pagado! Tuve que hablar con mi banco y presentar facturas para que finalmente se desbloq |

The staff were very friendly. We had a free upgrade to the type of room we requested. 3 evening meals were included in our package. Good location, comfortable beds, quiet. The restaurant service was slow, but friendly |

Hotel Location was good, bed was very comfortable, rooms very quiet, staff friendly, large fridge There was no safe in our room, but we did leave our valuables at reception, some milk with coffee facilities would be nice (not powder stuff), emailed hotel prior to arrival with a request and got "No" reply |

Its cleanliness and calmness. Staffs are really very good and cooperative. The only point which needs to be mentioned is that for using telephone to make international call for which the hotel will never be charged and also some staff member reported me that no charges for that would be made, finally I had to pay some charges for the calls I made using international calling card. Other hotels in Netherlands do not charge for this. |

The hotel was centered in town, close to shopping, restaraunts and more. As with any European hotel the rooms were small, but very relaxing. The full sized bed,(American style) was comfortable, and the anti fog bathroom mirror was a plus. Close travel to the beach and the flowers of Holland. |
