Tupakoimaton huone joka haisi kuitenkin tupakalle. No smoking in the room but that room was smelling smoke all ready ! |

Huone oli tilava, viihtyisä ja erittäin siisti. Moderni ja hyvin varusteltu kylpyhuone toi lisäarvoa. Rauhallinen sijainti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ydinkeskustasta ja ostoskaduilta. Erinomaiset pysäköintimahdollisuudet (viereisessä pysäköintitalossa) kohtuuhintaan. Kaupungista hyvät junayhteydet läheisiin kaupunkeihin, auto siinä tarkoituksessa tarpeeton. Ystävällinen palvelu. Aamiainen erikseen ostettuna melko kallis (21.50€/hlö). Jos siis aikoo aamiaiselle, kannattanee buukata se jo varausvaiheessa sopuhintaan (ellei aamiainen jo valmiiksi kuulu huoneen hintaan). |

Convenient walk to Haarlem Centre. Easy to get to by car, some of the other hotels in Haarlem are very awkward by car. Breakfast was good, not going to set the world on fire but a good selection. Free mini-bar in the room made life easy. Baby cot wasn't an issue as there was plenty of space in the bedroom. Parking wasn't the most convenient. It would have been great if they had a special rate with the underground car park they are attached to. |

Clean friendly hotel. Well equiped rooms at an excellent price per night. Situated in a quite part of Haarlem next to parks. Breakfast and lunches were expensive when compared to local restraunts. |

clean and updated rooms, very welcoming staff, good breakfast buffet, central location, walking distance to a lot of stores, laudromat, train station, etc. Overall, very nice stay, would go back anytime. corridor look more outdated. |

Quite rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, location close to city center AC system seemed to be an issue, had to switch room, however it was handled, very professionally by the staff, they made the switch quick & painless |

A great hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable...hard to get out of in the morning. Staff was very helpful. Overall, a great location in a great little town in Holland. Haarlem is a great place to stay...close to Amsterdam, and a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. I will be coming back another time. never tried the breakfast buffet. It looked very good, but the price seemed a bit steep when you could walk down the street and get a nice breakfast and coffee at one of many cafes for much less money. |

Receptionist was very friendly and made us feel at home. Room was nice and even had a balcony on the sunny side of the hotel, but unfortunately no chairs. Very nice modern bathroom, I think it was just refurbished. Though the modern bathroom was very nice, the room wat quite old-fashioned, but clean. Also it was very warm in the room. There was something like air-conditioning or climate-control, but this was hardly working. |

The restaurant is nice and good. the room was noisy, whereas I had asked for a quiet room.The rooms are poorly ventilated.The bathrooms are outdated. |

I liked how comfortable the beds were, and the staff was always friendly and helped my friend and I out every single day. I did not like how there were no available vending machines in the hotel. |
