Good location. This hotel is used by flight crews. Kpn Internet worked well 15 euro/day. |

The complimentary mini bar was nice. The rooms were well decorated. The larger suites are worth the extra money. Great location. Wonderful city. Some of the beds need to be replaced, are quite old and wirey. Internet should be free... and the computers in the business area are old and slow. |

The Reception staff are very friendly and efficient. The hotel and rooms are clean and the location is ideal for Haarlem. Food and drink at the breakfast buffet seemed to run out and was not replenished so you had to make do with what was left. |

Very comfortable, nicest hotel staff of our entire trip. Not super fancy but nice. Staff was very helpful. Haarlem is wonderful... Little hard to find. |

It was far enough away from the center of Haarlem for privacy but close enough to walk to. I liked the breakfast bonus of being included in the hotel rate. Their breakfast is 20 Euros extra and being included made the stay a real value. They have a business center that they advertise as being equipped with an Internet for guests but both computers had poor access to the Internet because the machines were Microsoft 2000 and never updated. So people were remarking how they were disappointed not being able to write e-mails- me included. I reported this to the desk and the woman attending at night said she has been telling management |
