Hotel Casa 400 Amsterdam    

Very impressed with the service of the staff.

The atmosphere of the hotel was young and hip very slick and modern. The breakfast buffet was great and I loved the on site parking garage. The onsite restaurant had a solid and well balanced menu.

No coffee or tea set up in the room but that is the only negative I can think of.

I loved the fact that I got a good nights sleep. No noise. Quiet area of Amsterdam. There are not that many of those !

I didnt like the fact that it cost so much. An expensive hotel for what it provided.

The hotel is brand new and the style is modern. There is a safe case in the wardrobe, so it is quite good for toursits to leave the passport in it. The location is near the train/metro/bus station Amstel, so it is convenient to travel between the downtown and the hotel. In the evening, there is a night bus 59# if there is the construction work for metro lines.

No kettle in the room.

Great location very close and walkable to the Amstel station and from there all connections. Modern large rooms, lift, great beds, quiet location, attentive staff, would definitely recommend it for others.

Why towel bathroom for three days stay never change ?

I like this hotel very much. Everything are clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. We have arrived a bit earlier before the check-in time and were sitting in the lobby, the staff came and let us check in earlier.

The pillows were too soft.

Everything was great comfort , clean , location , helpful stuff , very good value for money .

Only you can hear a little noise out side the room but that isn't really a problem .

Far a way from Center.

The disign of the place and the less is more principle, without anything missing. The ipads in the lobby. The friendly staff. The exellent value for money.

Room was big, extremely clean and with a big bathroom with shower. It's also close to Amstel Metro Station, so you can reach the city center in about 10 minutes by public transport (or taxi also is not that expensive.. 10 eur +-). Recommended.

I didn't book breakfast for the price. Eur 14 (16 at the Hotel) is quite expensive and actually you can have a cheaper breakfast nearby.

I like a lot the service as well the ubication and price was quiet okay! very nice to stay in Casa 400 i´ve already recommended to family and friends.

The entire design of the property is amazing, I particularly like the huge lobby. The bathroom was super clean, looked like nobody used it before me! The staff was very helpful and kind. We used the luggage storage on the last day and I have to say that it was the most secured and organized I have ever seen in hotels before.

The rooms were very spartan. No creature comforts. No bar fridge or tea/ coffee in rooms. No washing facilities in hotel. Nothing to wander around to in the afternoon or evening. No bars, not many dinner spots or cafes.

Hotel was in a good location. 7 minutes with the train or metro to the central station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely walk along the canal to some very good restaurants.

There were some building work going on next door, but nothing much to worry about.

the staff was very helpful...all were friendly and available anytime. I stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. Most important for me was the Wifi which worked very well.
