Very quiet hotel close to the metro allowing us to reach the center of Amsterdam quickly.

A really great hotel, well connected to the city center. Metro is 5 minutes walk.

Very good and quite location. Easy connection to the central station with subway. Very comfortable bed and very delicious breakfast!

The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining what to do and how to get there. Good tram and metro connections into the centre and is worth thinking about a multi-day pass. Good size rooms and clean - very good breakfast.

The location was a little far from the very centre of things.

The team is so helpful & friendly. Location in quite area & near by m station to go anywhere. I had some food to carry in my next trip to Germany, the team solved my problem & used the big kitchen Fridge, thx for them.

Excellent clean hotel that was not too far from the center of it all.

Breakfast was a bit pricey but good. Try the coffee machine, it rocks.

Hotel near to city centre .....Informative staff ..

The hotel was clean and new. The location was fine as our trip was not mainly in Amsterdam. The restaurant was at a reasonable price and quality.

No room service. The sound proofing was pretty bad. The signage to the hotel from the Amstel Station was not very clear.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Metro station just across road for easy travelling around.

Bed was quite hard and could have done with more pillows.

Everyting except the food!

the food was a disaster... The Worst Burguer i ever Had.

It was sterile with a capital S. Staff in restaurant was totally clueless. We inquired about cabs but they never even mentioned the airport shuttle which saved us about ten dollars. Staff was stiff and cold toward us.......this place is Way out of central and, for seniors, too long a walk to the station.

A good hotel. Good parking garage. We stay here when we visit amsterdam.

Would be nice to be able to get something small for breakfast instead of the buffet.

Hotel is fair-you get what you pay,but breakfast could be included in this sum. a bit expensive for this location, but this is Amsterdam.and train station is nerby.

My 4th time stay in this hotel. A modern and greatly maintained hotel.

City Tax

I stayed at Hotel Casa 400 with my wife for 2 days and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel had very good staff who were polite and very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. Easy access from metro station. Five mins travel from main station.It is worth the money you spend. You get free city maps and info brochures regarding various tours is available at the Hotel.

Nothing to say, actually. Breakfast was not included with our bill. So we had it out. Hence no idea about food there. You have to check it yourself!!!!

A very nice clean and modern hotel with excellent staff. Really enjoyed hiring the bike and riding around the town.

Beds are narrow and mattress very thin. mattress kept sliding off when moving in my sleep.

it's an amazing hotel! location is not bad, few minutes away from metro station. the security is pretty awesome, free ice machine just near our room. i wont say that its not expensive, but everything's just great.

maybe the price. it's still expensive for students like us.

Little far from the central station, but Amstelstation is very close by.

Hotel is big and modern, great 1st impression. Room and the bathroom was big and cristal clean. Everything is new and in perfect condition. I'd recomend it to everyone!

Breakfast is 16.50e per person, which is definitelly to much, we didn't take it. Cleaning lady knocked on our door at 10am so it's better to leave the "do not disturb" note on the knob (available in room). She then started cleaning the room next to us and apparently walls are thin and we could hear everything and forget about sleeping. Apart from that everything was great.
