I liked the view from my single room , number 006 , a lot. And i like the awesome fact that i could walk from the reception straight in to it, no narrow stairs. You really should fix the window at room 006,... it was'nt that cold when i was there(3-5 c.), still a cold wind was blowing straight into the room. If a placed a drink next to the window, it got as cold as if it was in the fridge. Your way of 'fixing it'' is to place a airconditioner , that is set to try and keep 28 C.and constanly let it blow straight on to the open window. That gotta cost you an extreme ammount of money this time of year, and i feel sorry for the guest that must have stayed there when it really was winther because i doubt the ''heatwall'' by the aircon would be very effective then.

Friendly staff, great location The hotel is a firetrap. At least 3 times fire alarms sounded. I was staying in a room that was so difficult to get to (top floor) that if a fire had really happened, we would have had very great difficulty evacuating the hotel. I was frightened by the alarms and the safety questions of evacuation if there was a fire. I would never stay at this hotel again and feel fortunate to have survived the two days I spent here. Safefy concerns would prevent me from recommending this hotel to anyone.

the clealiness of the room and canal view It certainly is not a boutique design hotel as stated on your website. It is clean very basic hotel by one of the noisiest and dirtiest streets of Amsterdam in the heart of bar streeet, which should be noted.

We were in the middle of enerything! So small room, not a 3 star hotel! We only fitted in the room laying on the bed. Also we could not open the window because outside it was a chimeny and all the smoke was comming in. It was very derty outside the window. (we were in 102 room). no place to put our suitcase. I belive this room was to be a store house. We deserved a better room for this price.

Location was awesome. Many coffeeshops and restaurants nearby. Tram stop 7 minutes walk away. Staff was ok. Location basically was the only value for money It was quite poor service in general. No mini-bar in the room. Very tight corridors on the way to the room and stairs were slippery. Price was a bit too high for the overall service.

Location is perfect. 5mintues by feet from the station and right in the middle of the night life and shopping area. Could not be better located. In addition, the hotel room, even though is a bit small, was super clean and moreover with air conditionning. Value for money. Like previously said the hotel room is a bit small and compared to what we had the night was 190€ and it is a 3 stars. Anyway, all hotels in the area were more or less the same. Therefore this issue is related to all hotels I guess and not specifically to this one. No restaurant, however at the entrance huge fridges with a lot of food and drinks to purchase paying at the reception

Hotel is near to Central Station which is useful for travelling around Amsterdam. Hotel is advertised as a Boutique Hotel in central Amsterdam. It would be more accurate to advertise this as a Hostel in the Red Light District. It has no facilities, it is basically a reception plus guest rooms. No bar or other facilities that would make it a genuine Hotel. Our large room was very small and didn't even have a wardrobe for storing clothes. Room cleaning services were very basic. We were asked to pay upfront (which is unusual for a genuine Hotel). Quite disappointed since we switched our original booking from a well known Hotel to this Hostel based on the described location, which failed to mention it was in the red light district.

We enjoyed our stay at the HotelCC very much however we did not enjoy the Fire Alarms in the middle of the night - sorry guys understand the safety and security issue, not sure how you can get round it, but for ourselves (being that we are non smokers) being woken up on 2 occasions both nights we stayed there because another guest chose to smoke, will probably result in us not staying at your establishment again...we enjoy our sleep...otherwise - location wise, comfort, warmth, hot showers, very clean - all else was great....

We stayed at the hotel cc for 4 nights and can honestly say it was well worth the money we paid! The location is excellent, right in the centre of Amsterdam, the rooms were spotless and extremely comfortable. We had a small double but there was nothing small about it! We would definitely stay there again! The only down side to the hotel is that it doesnt serve breakfast, wasnt really a problem though as there are plenty of breakfast options right on the doorstep due to the hotels location.

The Staff were friendly, the lock up of luggage for storing purposes was excellent, the rooms were clean and comftable Thought the wardrobe space could of been utilised better. The Safe could easily be lowered allowing for clothes to hang freely. The hooks for coats/jackets located at the mirror by the door weren't best positioned as hanging clothes on them would block the mirror! Lastly more lights should be put in the room to give the option of a brighter room (maybe a big light in the middle of the ceiling and this should be the case for the bathroom too).

The rooms has nice and modern design. The bed was next to the window and all the cold air from outside was getting in the room, it was freezing in the room despite the air conditioner and the little electric heater provided. The hotel needs double glazing!! The bathroom was pretty small and the water was splashing outside during shower.

I liked the bed, the shower and the Location. One of the receptionists (the Bangladeshi) was rude and ironic at times. Basically we booked a double deluxe bedroom based on the view we saw from the picture of the room on the site, only to arrive to the hotel and get the double deluxe room with a view of another room's window and hotel walls. The receptionist argued that we are getting a lot for our money since the normal price of that room was a lot more than what we paid for... The door lock was not working, and the handle was fiddly... we had to go numerous times to get a new card from the receptionist, the aircon was malfunctioning.
