Friendly , convenient location

Expensive for a three star hotel , not a lot of amenities , all 5 star hotels in that area were booked for sat night and cost much difference

Central location

Room was disappointing. Overlooked the air conditioning yard with loud units working all night. Also the back window of a cafe on the next street was four metres away from our bedroom window so we had to keep the curtains closed or wave to the diners!

Very clean rooms. Bed was VERY comfortable. Staff accommodating to our requests and questions.

Perfect location, very close to central station. Clean and modern room with amazing view of Damrak. Efficient staff and useful vending machines at reception.

Room was very small, at ground floor. You hear an amplified noise of other guests walking up and downstairs. No toillet amenities. Really overpriced. Only recommended if you don't find anything else with a more realistic price.

This hotel was centrally located so we could walk most anywhere- shopping, restaurants, coffee shops etc! It was clean & the rooms were spacious for Europe. The staff was very accommodating and friendly! I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel was extremely clean and well furnished. In a brilliant location right in the heart of everything.

Would have been ideal if the TV contained a DVD player as there were very limited english channels.

Very nice hotel! Perfectly located in 3-5 minutes walking from Central Station and 5 minutes walking to Dam Square. Red Light district is on the next street. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Romantic view on canal and boats from the window. In case you wish to eat something more than snacks, we would recommend lovely Cheese Factory restaurant located in just few houses next to the hotel. We would definitely stay here next time!

Location is very central and just a few minutes from the Central Station. Staff friendly and reception is open 24hrs a day.

It is noisy at night. There are many, many "coffee shops" in the area, so be prepared for a strong smell of canabis at all times of day.

I loved the location, the hotel room rate was fair,everything i needed was a second away, the staff were nice and really helpful as well as efficient.

I booked and paid for a room with double bed but when I arrived I have been asked to add +20 €uros by Cash to have a room!!!
