Location location location!! It's only 5 mins from the central station. Lots of coffee shops/pubs are on the same street. After check out (11am) we left our bags in the reception cause our plane was at 20:45. Very comfy bed!!!! We had dicent sleep;-)

The hotel was just a short walk from everything we wanted to do. The room we stayed in was comfortable an clean. Exactly what we was lookig for.

The location, right in the centre. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Small but it was okay. In the morning you can have free coffee at the bar. Internet was working fine for 6 euro (24 hours).

The hotel room is extremely small and the location is horrible. Water from the shower does not drain properly and gets water logged. The surroundings are extremely noisy. Streets are full of rowdis. Too close to the red light disrict. It was a horrible experience.

Friendly staff,very clean,warm and modern,comfortable bed with full size mattress and six pillows,free use of computers and handy for Railway Station and night life ...perfect.

Very short walk from the station and great location to see all the sights of Amsterdam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was tastefully decorated and clean. Perfect for our stay, in fact we were quite impressed.

The only problem we had was with the air con, which leaked water during the night and soaked our passports and clothes! However, the staff handled it well and sent someone to sort it out straight away.

Hello, We are come to stay three nights in this hotel and it was a disaster had we stayed two nights listedon has a restaurant ventilation impossible to sleep later we were offered a room in the basement without window with an aeration then we spend the last night in a decent room for the price this hotel does not have the same opportunity realite.Par the hotel we offer a parking service we have had an accident with our vehicle we are charged 80 euro and we have never informed of the accident on the vehicle we're aware on the road for any act of the hotel did was offer by the hotel and this outrageous and we do not advise especially this hotel. Good stay

The hotel was in the 'green light' area and was full of sex shops. The room was pretty basic and not what we expected. I am sure when we booked it was stated as a 4* but was actually 3*. The room was described as spacious but there was only enough room for twin beds and no space inbetween. Not ideal for 2 friends. Noisy street. Expensive, and would not recommend it. Disappointing and glad we only stayed for 1 night.

Near red district so the taxi not always can stop in front of ur hotel they have rules and time.

The location for hotel cc was excellent. The staff were helpfull. The room was a little on the small side but cozy and comfortable. The room was also situated on the canal side and had amazing views.. There was no noise.. I have been amsterdam many times and this hotel is far the best value for money... I will always use this hotel from now on..

This hotel is fantastic. We stayed in a 4 bedded room overlooking the street. It was bright and spacious, clean and modern. We opened the door and we all said "Wow!!"
