The front office personel were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable. Construction was going on and we had not been informed about this when making the reservation. The room was therefore noisy and dusty. |

The attached bar and restaurant was very nice. The room decor was very very nicely done. My room was in the front of the hotel on the street side and it was very very noisy. The renovations also added another layer of noise that you wouldn't normally experience. |

the room was o.k the hotel is on renovation.no sign of the hotel. the entrance is from the restuant. very poor situation! |

Friendly staff and shuttle service to the airport. Meals were good and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was expensive (16 euros) and was out of character with the hotels friendly service. A continental breakfast costing about 7 euros would have been acceptable. There was no lift making it dificult to take cases upstairs. No assistance was offered either. |

We enjoyed the convenient location close to Amsterdam but not in the city. We found the rooms clean and comfortable and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. I would appreciate wash clothes in the bathroom. |

location is close to the transportation the toilet area smells like urine. if i may suggest get a different disenfectant detergent that kills the odor. |

The location was perfect. In a residential area but the big bonus was 2 excellent restaurants, one next door, the other immediately opposite. |

In erster Linie die Ruhe, es waren kaum andere Gäste zu sehen oder zu hören. Die Einrichtung traf auch unseren Geschmack, es war sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es war eine Baustelle an einer Seite des Hotels - Baustellenlärm hätte nicht unbedingt sein müssen. Weiterhin stand auf der Homepage, daß es einen kostenlosen Bus-Shuttle gibt zum Schiphol-Airport - dies ist eine falsche Angabe!!! Dieser angeblich kostenlose Bus-Shuttle bezieht sich nur auf eine einzige Fahrt und das ist diejenige, direkt nach dem Ankommen auf dem Flughafen, wobei man dort abgeholt wird. Alle anderen Fahrten kosten 15 Euro!!! |

Dat onze auto daar onbetaald 21 dagen geparkeerd kan staan en dat wij naar schiphol weggebracht en opgehaald werden. De ongeinteresseerde chauffeur die ons wegbracht en haalde maakte het blijkbaar niet uit of hij een vracht koffers vervoerde of dat hij mensen in zijn auto had. Hij zijn geen woord, raam bleef open en radio te hard aan. |

Het is een schitterend hotel met mooie ruime kamers en voorzieningen op de kamer. Het hotel is zeer smakelijk ingericht. Er is een mooi restaurant en het eten is bijzonder lekker. verse produkten, vlees van de houtskoolgrill. Ook het ontbijt is prima en goed verzorgd. En er is een schiterende bar en voor mij als roker een geweldige rookkamer met heerlijke stoelen en een openhaard, Kort om dit hotel is een aanrader. |

Leuke ontvangst, nette goede kamer, goed verzorgd ontbijt aan de overkant. Prima regeling voor schiphol vlucht zowel heen als terug. i.v.mn. verbouwing geen verdere faciliteiten. De douche had smorgens koud water. |

Personale scadente e non interessato alle lamentele del cliente. Ci è stata data una camera con muratori che alle 7 del mattino lavoravano fuori dalla finestra, nonostante l'Hotel avesse altra camere libere nell'ala "tranquilla" della struttura. Alle nostre lamentele il personale di è mostrato disinteressato e ci ha liquidato in modo spicciolo. |

Nagyon kellemes a település ahol a szálloda van. Nagyon jó időt fogtunk ki. A check out-nál szembesültünk azzal a ténnyel, hogy a szállodai transzfer-ért külön fizetni kell a reptér és a szálloda között. Eddig nem tapasztalt gyakorlat ez a számomra. |

Très bien et propre. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Veillez noter que vous devez avoir une voiture si vous voulez aller au centre-ville d'Amsterdam qui est à 20 minutes. |
