I appreciated the shuttle from the airport. The attendant at the check- in desk was very friendly and enthusiastic. The room was very comfortable. Several things. Even though the attendants were very friendly, they were not informed. I was told that I could charge my dinner to the hotel bill. When the bill came to my table, I was told that I could not charge.When I checked in, I was told that my bill was prepaid. When I checked out, I was told that my bill was not prepaid. Also the city tax was incorrect. I was charged for two persons. Both attendants knew that I was traveling alone. Also it was not clear that the shuttle returning to the airport was not part of the free shuttle service. The morning of my check-out, I understand that the attendant was very busy, but she was not very friendly or understanding.

I liked the quality of the breakfast served as well as the friendliness of the breakfast staff. The bathroom was very clean and the design of the room interior was modern and fresh. Unfortunately, the building walls are quite thin and you can hear the bass thumping of the hotel bar into the wee hours of the morning. This, even though our room was nowhere near the bar. Management is not always on site, either, to deal with issues that crop up. The WiFi was a bust. We booked a triple room and got a king bed with a sofa folded out to be the third person's bed, rather than getting an actual twin bed. Additionally, although there is an airport shuttle that is free of charge, it is not at all quick or on time, so if you need to get yourself to the airport, you have to give yourself an added 45 minutes or so in addition to the 15 minutes that they say it takes to get to the airport. Book that free shuttle service a whole hour earlier than you need! The shuttle has all kinds of streets and red lights and so on to deal with before it is even close to getting you to Schiphol Airport.

Staff was extremely efficient and kind, from the receptionist to the drivers from shuttle service. Chariot was a very good option when staying in Amsterdam - for both business and leisure purposes. I truly recommend it!

We looked for over night near schipohl and were surprised. Came on a night flight and used the convenient shuttle of the Chariot. The hotel is 10 minutes ride from the airport and situated on a quiet pleasant suburb. It is all new refurbished. Rooms are very clean , cozy and very nice decorated with warm colours. Breakfast was very good. Great value for money. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room.

Location, close to the airport. Though used own transport as the offered shuttle service seems to be poor. We booked a room for 3 persons, the third one had to sleep on a low quality sofa-bed that made awfull lot of noise. And had a very poor comfort. Too bad, it is so easy to find a good sofa-bed that offers comfort. Avoiding this negative point.

The staff was not responsive nor did they apologize for not answering their phone despite our calling them 4 times after landing at the airport to arrange for their advertised "free" airport shuttle. Stranded at the airport, we were not willing to pay 32 euros for a 10 minute taxi ride and after a great deal of effort to figure out how to get to the hotel, took an 8 euro bus ride at 11:00pm which dropped us off 3 blocks from the hotel. We arrived at this "airport" hotel at 11:30 pm, a full 90 minutes after landing. They seemed totally unconcerned about this inconvenience. In the morning, we missed our 8am shuttle because it left 7 minutes early. While the hotel was just fine, we will never stay there again.

Airport Shuttle from Airport made one night stay easy. Close enough to airport but not feeling like youre on top of it. Just a 10 min or so car journey and you can take a fast train 8 mins to Amsterdam from the airport.

Price and reputation. It is far from Amsterdam but I select it due to near location to place of my business trip and airport. Hotel shuttle bus to airport is cheap but we we wait for it too long. Receptionis tell us about 20 minutes but we wait at least 40

The drive around the construction made finding the hotel a bit dicey but that is not the fault of the hotel and will be remedied very soon. However, from the initial moment of checking in until checking out we were treated as valued guests and most definitely I will be returning to this hotel. The staff were accommodating and extremely friendly! The room was very clean and very comfortable. This hotel is also very sound proof, there was no outside noise disturbances as I have experienced in some hotels throughout the world.It also has a designated smoking room so that a smoker does not have to go outside. It has a shuttle service with very accommodating drivers. I will be returning and I received value for the cost of the stay. You will have a wonderful experience and the staff are quite fluent with various language skills as well. The only item I found missing was a rubber bathmat for safety purposes within the bathroom for the inside of the tub.

Not a lot. Fairly expensive; most inconvenient location.Lack of frankness on the shuttle service pricing; some staff good but the female staff member on duty in the mroining I left I extremely argumentative and should not be working in tourism.

The airport location and shuttle service was wonderful and exactly what we needed as a place to spend the night before flying back out to the states. Price was reasonable, facilities were excellent. Overall a solid 3 star value hotel.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and nice and breakfast was good as well. Bathroom lighting is poor. It was very difficult to shave because it was so dark. I think this is a design flaw and it is made worse with those new environmental lights.
