The hotel is nice and clean. Charges for shuttle to airport was not disclosed to guest until check out. The hotel is not close to the airport and is not easy to move around if you don't have a vehicle. |

The close proximity to the Schipol Airport The price of breakfast was excessive. Also, they had left a transom over the window open, and all of the road noise came into the room. (I could not see that the transom was open at night, so I could not correct the problem.) |

Tea & coffee in room, clean rooms, hot water, helpful reception Heating did not seem to be working properly : we were expecting the airport shuttle to be included - it is included from the airport only (doubtless it says so in the small print) : breakfast not good value. |

The airport pickup and shuttle back were prompt. This was important as we had a brief overnight layover.The breakfast staff was friendly, efficient and the service and food good. The room was not as 'soundproof' as we would have liked. But we were tired and seemed to sleep well for our brief stay. |

Leider gibt es in diesem Hotel kein Continental Breakfast, das Frühstück kostet 16 Euro, egal was man konsumiert. Schade! |

Ruime kamer, koffie en thee aanwezig Kamer was direct boven de uitgang. Tot diep in de nacht vertrekkende en aankomende mensen, terwijl kamer te warm was om met het raam dicht te slapen. Slecht geslapen dus! |

vriendelijk personeel, kleinschaligheid, park+fly geen moglijkheid ontdekt s avonds iets te kunnen eten/drinken in hotel zelf; er is slechts een beperkte gemeenschappelijke ruimte( eetzaal),.Er ligt wel een horecagelegenheid direct om de hoek maar dit hebben we niet uitgeprobeerd. |
