Friendliness, ease of chek-end, quiet, food, accomdating

Little off beaten path.Thought it was in downtown Aadmeeer from the web description. Would like to have been able to walk around the town, but too far away.

Comfortable rooms and friendly service

Location. Although the advert in Bookings said there was a shuttle to and from the airport it was a paying shuttle and had to be ordered in advance. Not an easy location for access to Amsterdam city center.

Liked the room. Forgot to tell you, that the safety box didn´t work and the handle for the the bath is very tight. Didn´t have time to try the restaurant and the bar - will do that next time. Parking facilities were fine.

An electrical outlet plug at the desk would be nice.

Location great in relation 2 airport . The staff are friendly and the dinner was superb .rooms were clean and classy .

Transport to amsterdam takes a bit long.

Het dekbed is synthetisch dat sliep niet fijn omdat het niet hydrateerd.Veel te warm gehad. De fohn in de badkamer functioneerde niet. Biedt gasten een alternatief aan om de lunch te gebruiken. Door een prive aangelegenheid was het restaurant voor hotelgasten gesloten, Dit werd niet bij aankomst gemeld noch dmv een aankondiging op de receptiebalie vermeld. Moest er achterkomen toen wij van het restaurant gebruik wilden maken. Dit was even een teleurstelling.

Hotel Chariot was very clean. It was close to the airport and easy to get to.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The restaurant was really good for dinner - would highly recommend it. Proximity to Schiphol Airport is very useful although the road near the hotel is quite narrow with dykes on either side!

The breakfast was too expensive (16 Euro per person) so we didn't bother having it there. The free Wifi kept dropping out - poor signal.

location; too far out of town driver that was sent to collect us was angry and we then had to return to the airport once again (after getting half way to hotel) to collect someone else (who then didn't arrive). standard of driving in the ice and inclement weather was appalling

False advertising: It is not located 3 km from airport it is a 20 min. Plus drive. With hidden charges including shuttle it was not a bargain. Never stay there again!

The meal I had was very good.

I did not like the arrangement for pick up from the airport. Very poor service and it started the stay in your hotel in a bad way.

After a 3 week holiday throughout Europe a perfect last night. Perfect beds, good breakfast simply, relaxing.

Restaurant was excellent, both in atmosphere and in food and service available.

The hotel bus had a faulty backseat buckle (the driver seemed not to care) and was late in picking us up from the airport. Also, there were no children's tv programms available. As we had booked into a family room this was assumed from our side.

Hotel comfort is ok and staff is very friendly and helpful

Location is not nearly as close to the airport as claimed as on certain times traffic can hold you up. The shuttle service is charged and this does not become very clear as you do your reservation via booking.com. If you want to go downtown during your stay it becomes cumbersome and expensive.

The best hotel ever for staying after or before a long flight to anywhere. Spacious rooms, beautiful rooms, just wonderful!!! Thanks!!

Comfortable bed ,high cielings and paintings on the corridors

The hotel had no central heating at time off visit which was apparent when nearly tripped over an electric heater in the room. This should have been pointed out at check in ,not hoping it would be overlooked. The high cieling was crying out for a nice chandelier but only had a smoke alarm in its place The mood lighting was attractive but a main light is a must . Their was not enough sockets in the room .The flip top of the expensive bottled water in the room had not security tape over it ! The hotel room was paid for in full at time of check in but on check out was presented with the bill , The receptionist from the night before hadn't entered the details into the system !. free parking is nice but was about to leave the carpark and was blocked in by the couldnt care less airport shuttle bus driver . a catalogue of preventable cock ups.
