The location was perfect. In a residential area but the big bonus was 2 excellent restaurants, one next door, the other immediately opposite. |

The hotel is nice and clean. Charges for shuttle to airport was not disclosed to guest until check out. The hotel is not close to the airport and is not easy to move around if you don't have a vehicle. |

The close proximity to the Schipol Airport The price of breakfast was excessive. Also, they had left a transom over the window open, and all of the road noise came into the room. (I could not see that the transom was open at night, so I could not correct the problem.) |

Tea & coffee in room, clean rooms, hot water, helpful reception Heating did not seem to be working properly : we were expecting the airport shuttle to be included - it is included from the airport only (doubtless it says so in the small print) : breakfast not good value. |

The airport pickup and shuttle back were prompt. This was important as we had a brief overnight layover.The breakfast staff was friendly, efficient and the service and food good. The room was not as 'soundproof' as we would have liked. But we were tired and seemed to sleep well for our brief stay. |
