Cherrycake & Chocolate Bed and Breakfast

I had a great exterience in Cherrycare and Chocolate. Place gives you the feeling of comfort, warmness, and relaxation, very easy to accept surrounding, with welcoming hostess. I liked it there a lot.

Hard to find any negatives...may be just stairs...that one have to fight a bit to get into the higher floor.But, as for training...it does a body good!

I loved everything! The rooms are wonderful furnished, clean and the service is marvellous. You feel immediately at home and very welcomed.

It felt like at home. Such an attention to detail in the design of the room, which is very bright and cosy. Very personal approach in everything, you can feel the tradition of Holland in every bit. The member of staff was very welcoming and friendly, she has provided us with the city map and advised on the events happening at that moment.

It was a bit difficult to climb upstairs with the suitcase, but it we were aware of it from the website before we made a booking - so it was fine.

I stay one night in this fantastic hotel and i loved every detail :) It`s a wonderful location for travellers with car, free parking, quiet neighborhood... Hotel got 4 rooms, every room have own style, mine was Swidish room and i had a great vew from 2 large windows on Maas river between two beautiful bridges Erasmusbrug and Willemsbrug, night vision was fantastic :) Room was wonderful decorated with nice little details, very clean and comfortable, big space and all facilities.. Hostess (unfortunately can`t remember her name :( was so kind, polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast was served in English room on porcelain.. Everything was just perfect! Thanks a lot and definately i will stay there again on my next trip to Rotterdam :)

This lovely b&b is right on a canal in Rotterdam. Anya, our hostess & owner, was gracious & helpful, prepared wonderful breakfasts & was a wonderful hostess. The b&b is in a typical Dutch home with several floors & no elevator. We decided to stay in Rotterdam rather than Amsterdam because it is so centrally located to out locals as well. We planned on going to Delft, De Hague, Brugges, Brussels & Amsterdam so Rotterdam was the perfect central location. This b&b is located on a very quite, laid back island in the center of Rotterdam but has parking available if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice room with a great view onto the river. Very good, organic, homemade and yummy breakfast and very nice and sweet people! Great start to discover the city. Quiet neighborhood, even though it's very near to the centre. We recommend it very much!

We loved our stay & the location. Our hostess provided gluten free bread items at breakfast to accommodate my allergies & that was a pleasant surprise. Very considerate. The location is beautiful and convenient for walking.

The rooms are very nicely styled and are very comfortable. The view on the river Maas is very nice with all the boats passing all day long. The location is close to the city centre but you need good walking shoes or rent a bike. The reception is very hospitable and the breakfast is very good. Tip: take the water taxi to bring you to Hotel New York or the shopping centre!

Firstly the towels were not soft, secondly one of the thermostats of the shower was stuck in the most hot position (ouch!) and thirdly the water drainage of the shower didn't function correctly (which I solved quickly by cleaning the filter which wasn't done for some time!).

Accueil très chaleureux, vraiment extra. La chambre "Suède" a une magnifique vue sur la Meuse, avec les péniches qui passent... La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandioses. La douche pour 2 personnes est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent (comme le "4 heures"), varié et copieux. Une adresse tip-top (sf escaliers).

Attention: Les escaliers sont très, très raides (presque comme une échelle), les marches ne sont pas larges du tout. Je déconseille vraiment cet hôtel aux + de 45 ans (sauf si sportifs). Evitez également de prendre une grosse valise bien lourde...

Camera perfetta, accoglienza splendida, la sig.ra Anja è deliziosa come le sue meravigliose torte che ti lascia in camera per poter fare merenda al rientro dei giri per Rotterdam. Posizione strategica, pur non essendo vicinissimo al centro (mezz'ora circa a piedi) è comodo, fuori dal caos, affacciata sul canale, con una bellissima vista e si parcheggia sotto casa. Ottima scelta

Nulla, le scale sono ripide ma è una cosa che si sa quando si va in Olanda e non ci ha creato nessun problema.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met cappuccino en cake. Meelevendheid ( wij kwamen niet voor zaken of vrije tijd, maar door de opname van onze dochter in het ziekenhuis). Heerlijk ontbijt, mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de Maas.

-das Zimmer hat eine sehr romantische Ausstrahlung -die Aussicht auf die Maas ist klasse! -das Frühstück ganz liebevoll bereitet und super lecker

wir waren im swedish-room: nachts wird es nicht richtig dunkel weil die Vorhänge lichtdurchlässig sind

Super accueil, bienveillant et discret. La chambre "Caribbean" nous a enchantés: spacieuse, couleurs choisies avec goût, lit rococo et moustiquaire, petite terrasse avec balancelle, ... Et des cheery cakes et chocolats sur le lit à notre arrivée. Juste adorable! Petit déjeuner complet et très bon, dans une salle à manger agréable avec vue sur l'eau. Si on doit revenir à Rotterdam, c'est ici que nous dormirons!

La traversée à pied vers le centre de la ville était un peu contraignante, mais rien d'insurmontable.

De locatie ( + makkelijk parkeren ), een goed bed, een zeer leuk decor,... maar vooral het ontbijt zullen me bijblijven.

Is dit een B&B? We hadden nauwelijks contact met de bewoners. Het ontbijt maakte alles goed.

Vieille maison (il n'en reste plus énormément à Rotterdam) très bien décorée. Douce chaleur, petit balcon qui doit être formidable en été, grande salle de bains, excellent petit-déjeuner.

Un peu excentré quand on se déplace à pied (quartier résidentiel sur une île). Pour les gens à mobilité réduite ou encombrés de grosses valises, attention : le B&B est en haut d'un escalier très raide et étroit.

Niks. Bedenk wel dat als je slecht ter been bent dan kun je hier niet naar toe ivm een steile trap.

Trap is erg hoog en stijl marroco kamer wel erg donker (donker groene muur) douche in kamer aan voorkant viel tegen weinig waterdruk
