It looks that the new owners have drastically reduced services. Breakfast was not up to 4star level at all I hope they arrange this soon otherwise I will not go there anymore

Big comfy room Breakfast was incredibly basic - in a temporary location. Bar was unavailable. Restaurant was new (only opened the day before) and didn't seemed a little confused - food was ok and arrived quickly though.

Door de Chinese sfeer waande ik mij terug in een hotel in Bangkok. Zelfs de geur in het hotel deed mij daaraan denken. Personeel achter de balie sprak nauwelijks Nederlands. De lounche is erg ongezellig (was 's avonds niemand) Badkamer was niet echt schoon, haren en vlekken in douchegordijn. Ontbijt is ronduit slecht, tenzij je gesteld bent op een Aziatisch ontbijt. (warm eten) Kaas en ham van bedenkelijke kwaliteit, ook de keuze in brood is zeer matig. Kortom, aan het continentaal ontbijt wordt totaal geen aandacht aan besteed.

Ik moest bij aankomst 100 Euro borg betalen en dat wist ik niet. Mij werd verteld ('s nachts om 01.00 uur) dat ons de toegang tot het hotel bij niet-betaling van de borg geweigerd zou worden. Dit gegeven stond niet op uw website en ik vond dit zeer onaangenaam. Als wij alleen het geld voor de kamer bij ons hadden gehad, dan hadden we dus 's nachts om 01 uur op zoek moet gaan naar een ander hotel. Voor mij dus geen hotel Shanghai meer!

Locatie Er was geen warm water en de technische dienst was niet aanwezig om het probleem op te lossen. Kamers waren armoedig, gordijnen die half uit de rails hangen. Ontbijt was een aanfluiting.

Baliepersoneel vriendelijk Ontbijt : sinasappelsap enz moest aangevuld worden. Ze waren aan het opruimen. We kwamen vlak na het vertrek van een bus vol reizigers ???

Wij reizen veel in China en het Shanghai Hotel heeft dezelfde sfeer en faciliteiten als we gewend zijn. Ook de prijs is redelijk. Verwarrend dat op het gebouw nog de oude naam vermeld is.

Het hotel is best wel chique aangekleed. heerlijke douchestraal Gehorige kamer. Ik kon het seksen van mn buren tot en met de laatste stoot en kreun volgen. Restaurant wordt verbouwd Baddoeken oud en versleten Geen douche gel en shampoo

The hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable and our room had a great soaking tub. The location is a great base for touring around Delft, The Hague and Rotterdam.

Uitstekend bed voor 2 personen (1 matras). Bad is te klein. Je kan er niet met 2 mensen in. Zeepjes etc was niet aangevuld/aanwezig Boven op het dak van het hotel precies onder onze kamer staat een enorme installatie tbv air-conditioning oid. Deze maakt de hele nacht heel veel lawaai. Het ontbijt was op. Excuus was: er is net een groep van 100 man geweest. Na wat geklaag werd er toch nog wat geregeld, maar dit was laat en beneden de maat.

The hotel is located close to a highway which made it very convenient for sightseeing around Delft and the Hague. Our room was very clean, comfortable and large. The breakfast was not in the dining as they are working on the hotel. The breakfast was basic but everything was fresh; the staff said this would improve once the work is done. Everyone on the staff was very nice and helpful. We had good WIFI reception in our room and english speaking TV channels. Based on the size and quality of our room, the free parking and WIFI (breakfast was included in our rate); I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Goed bed Wifi werkt structureel niet. Geen alcohol in de bar. Zeer mager ontbijt. Geen sfeer. Gevoel dat overal camera''s hangen. In niet-roken kamer was duidelijk gerookt.
