a tágas, szép szoba és nagy fürdőszoba, szép virágok és bonsainok a hallban, kellemes és kuturált recepció, szép belső terek, csendes, nyugodt környezet 1. A büfé reggeli kinálata nagyon szegényes volt, semmi változatoság, négy napon keresztül pontosan mindig ugyanaz a gyér választék, a négy csillagos szállodák igényesebbek. 2. A szoba falain erősen látszódott, hogy előzőleg sokan nem tudták, hogyan kell viselkedni! |

Hollandiában 50 €-ért nem sokat adnak. Itt reggelit és vacsorát is adtak. A vacsora egy büfé volt, így 6 fogást próbáltam ki. Töltött kagyló, szushik variációja, pirított garnélák, vaslapon sült hal stb. A szobában van lehetőség kávé és tea készítésére, a filterek és a vízforraló adott hozzá. A hall-ban ingyen internet van, máshol egy 90 perces kártya nekem 13 €-ba került. A fürdőszobában a kád elég szerencsétlenül van megoldva. Ha az ember tusol benne, akkor a víz a kád belső széléről elindul (kint zuhanyfüggöny van) és körbemegy a kádon és lefolyik. Érkezésemkor a padlón vízes feltekert törölköző és vízes lábtörlő volt. Félredobtam, volt helyette száraz. |

Rooms are really huge and comfortable even if it's not really finishing as our European standard The restaurant in the hotel is quite poor quality for the hotel level and they do not charge rooms !!!! You have to pay separately and if you want to pay by credit card, you have to go down on the reception. |

Parking space for free - which means you can spend that parking money for taking taxi to the city. There was a hair on the pillow. There was no soap (even the 2star hotels have one, don't they?), just a bottle of shower gel. The quality of furnishing was... Traces of glue, marks on the wall... I cannot understand why this is rated a four star hotel....The breakfast consisted of the fried-ravioli's from the day before... No fresh fruit... No eur 10.00 worth at all. |

Location easy to find by car, parking, apparent cheap price for the area. Half board presented as buffet, but had the choice between 4 poor dinners (clear soup, cheap chinese meal). Restaurant staff not polite. Internet access now charged, but reasonnable price. Room can be noisy, depending of neightborhood. |

They charge without warning penaldy for smoking in rooms! 150 euros! Maybe they need money for keeping their Hotel alive! The girl in the reception was very rude and not profesional at all when we try to understund why they charge us without warning. The most unbelievable bad behaviour we met around europe! Never been again there! The room service just not exist! We still wait for some coffees that we order.... They cleaning service was awful because they said that our baggage was around the room, they coundt clean at all so they left the room uncleaned.... Never try this Hotel |

The suite was really nice, very spacious and very comfortable with the couches, the big flatscreen and the very tall bed. We liked the style of the hotel very much, the chinese design with all the modern comforts. There was no WLAN at all, neither in the rooms nor in the lobby. |

The room was comfortable and the evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. Firstly, the breakfast was not particularly good value for money - we found McDonalds just round the corner to be a better option! Secondly, we were offered the choice of paying in either Euro or GBP, but not informed that the latter option incurred an additional charge of 3%. |

The hotel rooms were very comfirtable and nice and clean. They gave me a relaxed feel. Had a very good night sleep. The reception staff were very helpfull and friendly. |

Great hotel, modern, very clean, large room, friendly staff. It is close to the motorway between The Hague and Rotterdam, which was a great advantage for me. There are plenty of parking places. I parked in the back of the hotel, where the entire parking area is covered so it does not rain on you when you walk from the car to the hotel's door - great thing to have in Delft. Well, Internet could be free in the room, but that is just my opinion. |

Nice, spacious room, impressive size! Nice second bathroom. Quiet place Visible things are clean, parts less visible had dust (furniture) and spiderwebs (roof). Missing extra pillows and blankets. |
