Internet may be free but it is extremely slow (small broadband). I have modified my reservation from 1 night to 2 nights. It totally confused the hotel staff and I was charged twice for my reservation. Still waiting to get credit back on my account... Very disappointing |

the room Completely incapable staff. No instructions at all in the room to use the telephone, how to use the safe, how to use the TV.No hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes. No soap at arrival, had to ask for it two times. Breakfast with old bread. Location is much too large for breakfast.No small spoon in the location where you had breakfast.Staff hardly speaks English or Dutch. No rating form! |

Nice rooms, clean, bright, modern;comfortable bed; but way too Chinese in all other aspects. Only open for 2 months, understaffed, untrained, disorganized. Large, noisy buffet in neon lit dining hall only dining option (McDonalds 100m...), althouhg food ok. |

The hotel is very modern and the rooms are spacious and comfortable There is a general lack of information available in the room for example there was no instruction for the safe. There was tea/coffe making facility in the room however there was no coffee or milk provided. the television was very restricted in the selection of channels |

Ik had voor 2 nachten geboekt, maar toen ik bij de receptie was zeiden dat mijn boeking was niet aangekomen. Ze zeiden ze voor een nacht een kamer vrij had en voor de volgende nacht moest ik zelf een oplossing vinden. Dat vind ik heel select en ik moest dikke half uur bij de receptie wachten tot ze mij konden inchecken. |
