Alltid vennlige mennesker som jobbet der. Alt fra vaskehjelper, kjøkkenpersonale, respsjon og i baren var veldig serviceminded og hyggelige. Kaffeautomaten i frokostsalen hadde ikke vanlig kaffe. |

The hotel was very modern and original, the staff was friendly and helpful.The hotel is located close to the interstate, but yet very quiet.The rooms were big and furished in beautiful asian ambience. Even though the prices for the rooms were very fair, it would have been an advantage, if breakfast would be included with the stay. |

I was surprised with luxury of the hotel for money I had to pay for that. Value for money was excellent. Staff of the hotell is friendly and professional. |

Very luxurious and great value for money. Will be travelling to Delft regularly and will stay there again. It's a bit far from town, but as it's a very pleasant 20 minute walk to town, I didn't mind. |

flat screen tv , multi channels (moves, serries, news, sport, kids) spaices room ,free internet the staff are good but they dont have experince. I have booked for twin bed room but they give us double bed room when we told them they say that they have twin bed room but its booked so they offer one extra bed in the room but we refused then the give us two seperate rooms for one night and in the next day they separte the double bed in our room but when we were checking out they charge us for... |

clean, comfortable , nice bed, and bathroom ,big tv.good sized room .good location, modern,carpark, nice decor, breakfast good. checking in and out not very efficient, felt insulted by staff requesting extra payment from us for marking a TOWEL with SOAP, which washed straiight off,marked pillowcase in cupboard was also questioned.we are not in the habit of disrespecting hotel property |

The hotel was overbooked and the staff only started to call around to find me another hotel which took for ever while I was waiting like an idiot at the desk. I did let them now it advanced that I will be arriving late. The staff was not sure if I would be able to claim the money back (double the price for the room in other hotel) from the China Hotel at this point. |

We had a beautiful, very stylish room. The hotel was comfortable and staff helpful and pleasant. Though the location was lovely I don't think it was really central Delft as described on the website . Didn't really enjoy the buffet dinner. |

The stay in the Hotel was exelent. We booking doubleroom and we get siut with 42" LCD TV. Breakfast was delisus and was many thinks to eat with natural fresh orange juice . |

New hotel, big rooms, easy to reach, good parking, good price, good breakfast buffet The service in the restaurant is lousy, staff do not speak English, food cold, breakfast buffet not very well maintained even the quality was not too bad |

It was very professional, reception were very nice, especially the girl with the blue eyes Not much communication from restaurant staff about eating arrangement, would be better to give a small introduction to where the food is located and also to the chef at the back of the eating area. |

We used it as a base for the Keukenhof Garden Festival/Parade - enjoyed the evening meal as it was buffet Chinese food and the selection was amazing. We loved our room - paid extra for a suite and got a special deal to include breakfast and dinner so it worked out really well. Breakfast was fantastic in the morning, a great selection for all tastes and really well presented. No air-con in the rooms. |

Nothing special, but all was good. The chamber is nice and big. In the chamber you have all what you need. Hotel is nicely decorated with china elements. The price was excellent. Couldn't say anything about breakfast and dinner at restaurant, we havn't took it because it was very expensive. The situation is not excellent, it's located a little bit far from all. The breakfast and restaurant are extremely expensive. |

I got a super promotion : a suite for the price of 71€ (including diner buffet and breakfast). Hotel is a bit outside the center, but very quite. Parking just before hotel for free. Breakfast from 7.00 possible, with large choice, is good if you travel for business reasons. Not really a problem, but good to know : the staff speaks English. Chinese management and staff. |
