Brak kosmetyków w łazience (tylko maleńki szampon). Niezbyt pomocna obsługa. Pomimo, że restauracja powinna być czynna do 21, to już o 20 nie można było zjeść kolacji choć ta wliczona była w cenę! |

Orientalny wystrój hotelu. Podczas pobytu w hotelu odbywały się 2 wesela. W tym czasie goście byli odstawieni na plan dalszy. Hotel był pełen gości weselnych ogromny tłok i hałas. Opłacone śniadanie nie zostało przygotowane ostatecznie zostaliśmy posadzeni w brudnej sali poweselnej. To nie licuje na taki hotel. Bardzo dobry personel w recepcji i beznadziejny w barze i restauracji - nieprofesjonalny i glosny. Hotel nie ma warunków do przyjmowania gości i jednocześnie organizowania wesel. Nieporozumienie. Klienci nie byli uprzedzeni raczej zaskoczeni. Poza tym recepcja nie chciała wystawić nam faktury na podane dane jedynie na dane z rezerwacji ! |

The suite was really nice, very spacious and very comfortable with the couches, the big flatscreen and the very tall bed. We liked the style of the hotel very much, the chinese design with all the modern comforts. There was no WLAN at all, neither in the rooms nor in the lobby. |

The room was comfortable and the evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. Firstly, the breakfast was not particularly good value for money - we found McDonalds just round the corner to be a better option! Secondly, we were offered the choice of paying in either Euro or GBP, but not informed that the latter option incurred an additional charge of 3%. |

The hotel rooms were very comfirtable and nice and clean. They gave me a relaxed feel. Had a very good night sleep. The reception staff were very helpfull and friendly. |

Great hotel, modern, very clean, large room, friendly staff. It is close to the motorway between The Hague and Rotterdam, which was a great advantage for me. There are plenty of parking places. I parked in the back of the hotel, where the entire parking area is covered so it does not rain on you when you walk from the car to the hotel's door - great thing to have in Delft. Well, Internet could be free in the room, but that is just my opinion. |

Nice, spacious room, impressive size! Nice second bathroom. Quiet place Visible things are clean, parts less visible had dust (furniture) and spiderwebs (roof). Missing extra pillows and blankets. |

Executive suite excellent with very large bathroom. Linen & king size bed excellent quality. Chinese restaurant in house is convenient and the menu extensive and good quailty . Free parking and free internet in foyer. Having to pay for internet in room . |
