hotel muy céntrico, habitación pequeña (lo normal en Amsterdam centro), pero limpia. cama cómoda. buen desayuno El servicio internet, no siempre funcionaba y el precio no estaba incluido en la habitación |

Nada, la habitación era horrible, muy sucia y muy pequeña. El personal, exceptuando a una persona, nada agradables. Las paredes de las habitaciones son muy finas y puedes oír todo y apenas puedes descansar. No recomiendo este hotel!!!! |

El hotel esta en una zona estupenda, ni a 500 metros del centro, y tiene la estacion a unos 600 metros. El desayuno esta muy bien, y el personal era agradable. Las paredes y moqueta de la habitacion estaban bastante sucias. |

The location was great, it was walking distance to all major sights in Amsterdam. Very close to the red light, dam square and the Central terminal. The room that we stayed in (triple room) was kinda old and needs to be refurbished. |

IWe like , that the hotel was good, because we don´t like big hotels.Also for us was important, that we could have breakfast in the hotel and it was included into the preis. Nothing especial. |

The Location I was there for 2 nights, the first night was OK, on the second night around 1:00 am there was a lady who shouted so loud and crying, while 2 boys tried to calm her down, it was at the hall of my floor and it took around 20 min, I could not sleep anymore. |

Friendly staff, well designed, modern rooms, sparkling clean. Nice breakfast. shower curtain did not reach all the way to the floor causing much of the small bathroom floor to become wet when one took a shower. This seems to be an easy fix by having shower curtains that reach all the way to the floor. Expensive, but probably in line with other hotels int he area. |

The hotel's location was ideal for a short stay in Amsterdam. Close to all the main locations, shopping streets, public transport & restaurants. My room was clean and quite big for a single room. Bathroom had hot water at all times. I had trouble with payment. While my 2 credit cards worked in shops all over Amsterdam, they did not work at the Citadel Hotel. I had to pay cash, which I did not prefer/like. |

В центре и не далеко от вокзала. Завтрак был включён в стоимость. Кстати, фен появился. Комната - только чтобы переспать, окно упиралось в стену (метра 2 от окна), поэтому свет нужно включать даже днём. В номере нет чайника, что мне не понравилось. |

Hotel lag zentral in Amsterdam mit guter Anbindung für PKW-Anreise nur 2 öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, 45,- EUR für Tagesparkschein. Sonst im öffentlichen Parkhaus, einige 100 m entfernt, für 50,- pro Tag. Viel zu teuer! |

Завтраки были нормальные. Все остальное не понравилось. Номер был мансардный, очень маленький, с крохотным душем, вода из которого течет прямо в номер. Помыться невозможно так как душ закреплен высоко, не снимается и брызги летят во все стороны. Цена у него крайне завышена. Не будут же они переделывать душ? Или менять цены по моему желанию. Плохой отель! |
