El concepte de hotel modern I amb mobiliari de disseny actual, compaginat amb la bona ubicacio al costat de les terminals I de l´estacio de tren a Schipol. Habitacio amb llit gran I comode, amb restaurant/bar obert les 24 hores del dia. Zones generals amples I comodes I amb conexio internet.

Very friendly especially we enjoyed your young Thailand Lady I believe her name was LaLa She was just great, funny and helpfull she is an asset to your hotel. When we had a drink at your bar, she was delightfull. We stayed at your hotel as we were continuing our travel on Oct., 7, 2011 and again we were flying back to Canada on October 26th and like to be close to the Airport the night before Oct. 25Th, 2011. It is location from airport only 10 minute by walk. and also It is so lovely design and clean to the room. Especally I love symbol of citizenM hotel. Black and Red color match is so nice. It has two type of shampoo for AM and PM. it is very cute. If I have one more chance to go, I am sure that will choose this citizenM. Thank you.

Very innovative design and facilities.

The booking price on the internet did not match the actual price paid on arrival which was 10 euro more. I feel for this price the hotel should include breakfast.

Just loved the whole concept. The hotel provides everything a guest needs in a well designed space. I will use citizenM hotels whenever I can.

We had a great stay at the hotel, staff were helpful, room being small was fine for the two nights we were there. The bed was great, huge! Nice and soft pillows/towels/quilt. Nice and comfy.

The hotel offers free WiFi which worked flawlessly outside the room and within the lobby/ground floor areas. However I was personally having an issue with not connecting/drop outs sometimes within my room. Also there wasn't a button to turn the AirCon off on the controller (unless I didn't look hard enough...?)

Great location. Great price. Great design. Awesome lobby with macs, printers, bar, food, conference tables, and more. Everything super clean. Friendly multi lingual staff. Short covered walk to terminal.

Great location. Clean, fun, and reasonable rates

Efficiency of check-in and check-out procedures. We chose it for location because of an early morning departure from the airport; and because the price was the most reasonable for the location. The difference in the accommodations from a usual hotel room was startling at first, then very interesting as we found our way around the technology. The bed was excellent and I appreciated the choice of pillows. I think the accommodations are best suited for a single, one night only traveler. Would I stay at a citizenM again? Yes, I would. I'm not sure my husband would because of space limitiations.

There wasn't convenient space for storing our luggage, or for opening it to retrieve items. We were traveling with 2 other couples and all had the same comment: we keep bumping into each other as we're trying to get showered and dressed.

Concept is cool. When you're in business and don't spend time in your room. It is very efficicent.

Very friendly staff, very efficient, great view from the room at the airportside, good catering in the lobby, iMacs with hi-speed internet (feels like home). Very reasonably priced. No hastle with the the terrible taxidrivers in Amsterdam because it's a short walk from the airports main exit. That last thing alone would be a reason to take this hotel. All in all highly recommended.

Older or more traditional people might be a bit intimidated by it's hipness, the casual behaviour of the (very friendly and correct) staff, the futuristic ambience of the hotel and the 'all-purpose remote control' in the room.
