Hi Tech design, no carpets, comfort.

The room was a bit too small, could be 4 sq.m. biger. I did not find the brush for water closed. The maximum hot temperature of water in the shower was too low, could be 10 C higher.

I found it completely impersonal and mechanistic, like sleeping in a computer. When you've been traveling for a long time, you want some human intereactions like home. This provides a cold, inhuman experience, coupled with constant urgings to buy more - food, breakfast, etc. It's like the IKEA of hotels - and that's not a good thing. They tried to be too clever with the room - every time I came in, music started and I had to scroll through the Master Remote That Controls Everything to shut it off. Every time. Simple things were complicated. At the end of a long travel day or after sitting in front of my computer all day, I shouldn't have to read a manual to figure out how to use my stupid room. It was a Matrix experience. I won't be back.

It is very conveniently located close to the terminal building, where one can catch a train into Amsterdam or Utrecht. Checking in and out is a breeze, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I particularly like the reception area which is open, light and spacious. The best bed ever!

It is an easy going hotel. practical and economic. facilities are found easy and are user frie3ndly. PC' available for use. great!

This is a really funky hotel with some very interesting facilities. Very clean and tidy and all the technology worked perfectly.

There is no restaurant in the hotel, only a deli style self sevice which after a long days work was not very satisfying.

One of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in! Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful and very quick to fulfill requests (including our request for a second duvet... I note another guest complained about this not being provided, but all he would have had to do is ask!)

TV remote control (which also controls lights) kept freezing. Not particularly keen on those glass pod shower/toilet cubicles, but guess they're part of the design

Fantastic - Hotels reinvented! It's exactly what you want and you only pay for what you want: comfort, style, good location, trendy all within your price range! And the lobby is a great area to meet other travellers on business and provides with a feel of "youth hostel" in a trendy and more "mature" atmosphere. I'll personally be looking for CitizenM hotels wherever I travel for business.

Thee should be one in every city where there are business travellers!

well, mostly it is design and location. but can not waive saying only nice words towards to staff. very friendly and nice.

The large beds and duvets were wonderful. The techno lighting was fun.

We could not get our shower to work. That was very disappointing when we got up early and needed to catch a plane with no time to call staff to see about the problem. Also, the technology pad that controls everything in the room - sometimes refused to respond - re lighting and TV. The concept is good, the bed is wonderful, but the technology sometimes does not work as it should.
