This is a bizarre concept but functionally it is definitely efficient. The touchpad in the room is a great idea and the ambiance in the bar/lobby is very interesting. The check-in/out area needs more of a "human" element to it. |

The proximity of the hotel to Schiphol Airport terminal 3, very close. Friendly and helpful staff. Internet access in lobby. Lounges on ground floor for relaxation. Clean room with most comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. My Daughter and I were very glad that we had found the Citizen M hotel for our overnight stay and will certainly book in there again should we ever be in the Netherlands again. |

Very convenient location right by the airport. One word to describe how everything works is "interesting". Definitely an extra ordinary experience. Self check-in/out, design of the room, clever system in the room, free internet and movie channel were all nice. Not a suitable place for classical people. I decided to have my breakfast somewhere else because of the narrow choices. Not somewhere to stay more than a couple of nights as the room is small and the there is no wardrobe but just 3 plastic hangers. |

Very quiet. Bed extremely comfortable. Enjoyed the variety of moods in the room. This was one of the most unique hotels I have ever stayed in. I have already recommended it to others. |

Within walking distance to Schiphol Airport (especially for early morning flights). Our holiday group of four will DEFINITELY return to this "awesome" Hotel. Enjoyed evening bar & snacks and quick breakfast here. The atmosphere and service was first-class. Also close proximity to Sheraton Restaurant for at airport for great meals. This Hotel is a MUST SEE!! As an insulin dependent diabetic travelling, it would be a good idea to have a small fridge in each room (for insulin & fruit/snacks). |

I loved the staff, very friendly and helpful. Even though the room was small but I loved the luxury and convenience. Also, the internet and the bar was perfect. I loved the easy access to the airport and train station. |

Very contemporary. It was very conveniently located within walking distance of the airport and to the train. Staff were very helpful. A little more privacy between the shower/toilet facilities and the rest of the room. |

I liked the modern design although i was on my own might be a bit strange for some couples. the hotel creeked and groaned (serious) and i think there is something structural wrong, choice of concrete or something but the creeking woke me up and i couldn't sleep afterwards, about every 5 minutes there was a creek.. and you could hear it going on throughout the hotel.. like a loud snap.. |

Walking distance from the airport, very helpful and nice staff, great bed and linen. Rooms are rather small. They are good enough only for one night, especially if you are not very young. |

CitizenM was a clean, efficient and unique hotel, reasonably priced for being located at Amsterdam Airport. We would stay there again. We had some difficulty getting the shower doors in just the right position for the water to turn on. More variety in breakfast would be appreciated. After being treated to wonderful coffee in Paris, I would say the coffee at CitizenM was mediocre. None of this warrants a complaint -- but since you asked . . . . . . we are responding. |

Comfortable room and was so close to the airport! Well, one of the workers was slightly rude and they weren't overly friendly. The rooms were also very small and the shower didnt work well. |
