lounge areas were comfortable,staff were very helpfull and relaxed.

everything we needed was in the room,but it felt cramped around the shower, toilet, and washbasin area.

Very well designed facility; great food at good prices on site. Room is small but (subject to comment on what I didn't like) very well laid out. Very practical approach to providing reasonably priced convenient accommodations while still offering a comfortable, welcoming setting.

The shower was reminiscent of the orgasmitron in the Woody Allen movie Sleeper. Set in the middle of the room, it is more hip than practical. Could probably achieve same efficient use of space without having to make the shower an exhibitionists fantasy. Let's just say that you should know your companion very well if you want to share the room.

I am a retired hotel/resort General and Regional Manager with 35 years experience. What a refreshing stay to find a hotel that has brought the hotel industry into the 21st Century. I would like to know more about CitizenM hotels so I can recomend and stay when I frequently travel.

I liked the informality coupled with the efficiency; the two don't often go hand in hand. I liked the cleanliness. I loved the decor and design.

Fabulous location for the price. Its a good place to crash before a flight or between flights. Room overlooked the flight line, but no noise. Take the airport view. Would stay here again.

No place to open a suitcase except on the king bed. A fold-down luggage rack is a missing essential. I slept with my luggage in the bed with me. Otherwise, nearly perfect.

Design is fabulous with smart technical solutions. Unless you need to spend days in your hotel room this is perfect option for comfortable sleep and walking distance from Schiphol terminals.

The location right next to Schiphol airport is excellent. We could just walk from the airport to the hotel for a night's rest before our flight the next morning.The design of the room is very well thought out to give all the facilities in a small space.Very modern and a nice surprise. This was our second visit and we will use it again.

Nice big bed, nice shower, everything worked fine. Easy for late arrivals and early departures.

If there is 2 of you there is absolutely no space to put 2 suitcase. There is not even a space for 1 suitcase ! 3 coat-hangers only ... definitely not a place for a long stay.
