Everything was excellent from A-Z + very Hitechish / Futuristic and yet warm design - One of a kind, well worth the stay. |

Good balance between price/connections/services/comfort. Room a bit small for more than a single person, guess it becomes a problem for longer stays... |

The hotel is great for a single use. Rooms are too small for a double use. |

The room's "mood pad", a wifi, touch screen control for lighting, heating and television was rather fun. The room had neither wardrobe nor cupboard for hanging clothes, no desk and the wash basin was ridiculoously small. |

- In spite of that the hotel is pretty far from the center, location was perfect for me and my friend who was running Amsterdam marathon: the hotel is just a stone's throw from Olympic Stadion. - The room was big enough for us two and there was no problems with either storage space (a big drawer under the bed with place for both lagguage and what's inside of it:) or toilet (switch on musik on TV if you are afraid for sounds:) - The staff was very helpfull with everything we asked about (fridge for our "marathon" food, maps, explanations etc..). - Design of the hotel was very special / all these books and pictures everywhere in the lobby:) - The room was very functional and the remote control was easy to use. Well, afterall it was a bit cold in the room sometime and the heater was on it's Max.. It could be uncomfortable if it wasn't that nice and warm outside anyway;) |

The whole concept of providing basic needs in a very special way while giving services like big-screen TV with more than 50 channels, DVD movies incl. adult titles, WiFi Internet and international phone free of charge is without precedent. Very large bed with very comfortable pillows makes a good excuse for staying in bed late and playing some games for couples is also no surprise... In exchange for the special amenities free of charge, some of the usual hotel services are missing (desk, cabinet for clothes, separate bathroom) and some of the items usually found in average hotel rooms are also not available (glasses to drink from or for the tooth brushes!, extra blankets if too cold or too hot). Items in the restaurant area are outrageously expensive, breakfast is much more practical in any one of the many coffeehouses in the city. |

Quick and easy check in, being able to print out online flight tickets from the computers, comfy beds, freindly atmosphere. Slighty limited choice of food, no good for a main meal. |

Excellent bed! Great interior and a truly different hotel experience. Lovely details in the interior. The hotel is worth staying at even out of curiosity and a wish for an exotic experience. The rooms could be a little small especially if you are planning a longer stay. The internet connection in the room had poor speed. Although the toilet\shower positioning is a good design idea it is not very comfortable for couples. The thing we particularly didn't like was the fact that there is no window you can open in the room and therefore no fresh air. |

We just loved this hotel the rooms are immaculately clean and the bed is so comfortable. It is about 15 minutes on the tram from Dam square which is right outside the door I would highly recommend you stay here. |

The hotel is just perfect, everything was a great experience. We liked the concept of this hotel very much, I must say it was thought till very last detail. Exceptional design and great functionality far outweighs the rather smaller size of the room. I also liked the cleaniness very much, even in the lobby. Some people complain that the food in the hotel is pricier, but we thought it is just an average one would expect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Amsterdam. Staying in CitizenM hotel was just an experience of its own, I wish I had more time to look through all those interesting books. |

The hotel is great. The design is just superb and comforable! The theme and the furnitures, the rooms, and the kick ass remote control that controls the whole room! The lightings and the toilets are kinky and cute. Bear in mind tho, the shower and the toilets are see-tru!!! The bed... those who enjoy staying in hotels will find it hard to even leave the room. Brilliant! It is also situated right next to the World Trade Centre. Loved it so much! U could get a tram just right at the corner or the hotel, but if thats your only choice of transportation u had to get back before the last tram like around 12 mid night. |

The design of the hotel is unique, very comfortable bed, and best of all the location is very strategic! 3 mins walk to the nearest Prinsestraat tram stop, 5 mins walk to the train station and 15 mins to the Schipol airport by train! Excellent location! Will definitely stay there again |

Free on demand movies, 24hr canteen, style and comfortable bed. The touchpad lighting was very temperamental - did not work for last 3 days, had to use conventional lights, and showerr flooded on last 2 days and staff only issued replacement towels - did not actually fix fault. |
