citizenM hotel Amsterdam City    

CitizenM on hotell oli äärmiselt mugav ja moderne. Sõbralikud töötajad, meeldiv atmosfäär ja muidugi see suur King size voodi oli parim :) Trammi ühendus kesklinnaga oli samuti väga hea, peatus hotelli lähedal ning sõidugraafik päris tihe.

Amazing modern rooms with mood pad where it gives you full control of the room. Absolutely loved it :) fully recommend.

Ultra modern,great design.Staff were really warm friendly and informative.

I liked each single detail about the hotel, the design itself.. how friendly the staff were.. everything was great.. really enjoyed the room,services and the hotel itself stayint at the citizenm..

might be the location (45 mins. walking from the center) is the only thing i didn't like..

The hotel is far enough that you can have a quiets night rest. Yet, you can easily hop on the tram into the heart of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We didn't have a problem per se but the room is cozy. The shower and wc are in the middle of the room. If you and your significant other don't mind being that close then you won't mind.

Not enough food to choose from and the food that was on offer was over priced.

It is high tech. Its has the gizmo to adjust the colour scheme of the room. It has many movies to watch on demand. Its free

It did not have a hotflask and have to the bar below to get hot water. I felt breakfast should be better, it has less variety. The air condition depends on the corridor ventilation.

Design, staff, breakfast, comfort, location (tram into city was fantastic, great neighborhood for a morning run - access to Vondelpark, etc)

No tea/coffee facilities in the room

Had a great stay, very friendly staff, next to Zuid station, loved the lighting in rooms and the room automation, huge and confortable beds!

Would like to have more options for breakfast

Small rooms. Far away from City centre.

My husband and I started our honeymoon through Europe from Amsterdam and we stayed for 2 days. We loved the hotel for its location, trendy style and fun contemporary atmosphere. I am so glad we stayed there. The hotel staff were awesome and helpful. The rooms are a bit small and privacy is a bit sketchy since the toilet and shower are separated by glass, but I think the architecture and technology captures the Amsterdam's forward thinking spirit.

I think there was a issue regarding the toilets and privacy in the rooms.

Design, flexible hours of breakfast, lights in the room, remote control.

Breakfast could be more varied.

Room is bright.

- They charge extra 2% for using Visa, Master or ae card. Not stated in the booking terms. - three hangers on a bar less than one foot to hang your clothes. - you have to take good care of the doll and the TV/Room controller or you may subject to fine of over 200 euros. - some fancy staff provided such as different lighting scheme, transparent grass shower in the middle of the room, remote control curtain, etc. give you a little surprise but no an enjoyable experience. - room is small. - no night light. When you closed the curtain, the room is very dark. - they make a sarcastic statement about the amenities. I can't remember the exact wordings. It's about don't take away the shampoo/body cleanser (comes in a big bottle), you can take home the soap.

All was great, and the shower was incredible!
