Close proximity to city Center and train station Noisy at night if room faces main street. Better to select a room in the back... not much of a view anyways |

Lovely upgraded room. With Coffee making facilities inside. Warm cosy decor..pleasant staff at reception and at breakfast I have to say the first room I was given at the Hotel was very poor. There were cracks in the plaster work a big stain on the carpet and very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. So unpleasant you really couldn't stay in there. Though saying this I spoke to the receptionist who was very nice and upgraded us to another room which was lovely |

Excellent location with access to bars and restaurants on the doorstep, 10 mins walk to the Museum and railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very basic and limited health facilities but neither spoilt our stay. |

It was a quiet room so no disturbance from the bars and casino in the neighbourhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite 'compact and bijou' but was OK for a few days. The hotel is quite clearly called the CITY HOTEL and the word Eden was not so prominent which made locating it by asking directions to the Eden hotel a little confusing. |

Central location within walking distance of all attractions and the tain station. Not good for business travellers. There were was no ironing boards or irons to press suits, shirts etc. This is not good. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Welcoming atmosphere. There is a cosy bar area and a free internet corner. The room was very small, which was accentuated by a tiny window. It was adequate though. |

people at the reception were very friendly, good breakfast, but limited choice parking in the Holland Casino is very expensive, you can park nearby at the Rademarkt for halfprice or less. would be nice if you mention this on your website |

Location, very clean good staff, particularly the barman in the evening, all staff spoke good English. Generally quite in spite of being a city centre location. Lack of natural light in the bedroom, blame the architect. |
