Centrally located and parking facilities We reserved a twin room but upon arrival the reception offers us the possibilities to take a small suite aganst a little suppplement I accepted this toughing that having some confort would be welcom. 1/Bathroom shaver socket not working + 1 lamp bulb u/s this was mentionned but never repaired !!! this is not a suite room service 2/ 12,50 € per 24 hrs for having internet believe that this a little bit too much as most of the hotels it is free of charge. Thgis point is not really a complain since could have internet on otherway 3/ Breakfeast price 17 € p/p per day is expensive (however the quality is very good )

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, spacious room for our kids Public car park across the road was used to stay at the hotel. Unfortunately our car was scratched by vandals. Bad luck I guess...

It was nearby the Outlet center Batavia Stad (about 10 minutes drive) Late in the evening there was still a good service at the bar and also possibility to order from the tapas buffet.

Handy for railway station and shopping centre. Beds were not made, room not very clean. Interesting lift which never quite seemed to match the level of the floor.

Good size room with space for 2 adults and 1 child (extra bad). Location was not great although close to supermarkets and right next to the Saturday market. Hotel menu-cards in the room were not updated - sloppy!

hotel is easy to reach and parking lot is just on the other side of the street and free of charge. The breakfast with € 17 is too expensive. No one need in the morning an extended breakfast.

De lobby zag er keurig en mooi uit. De kamer was netjes, maar er was aan een kant geen nachtkastje en we hadden last van de tv, die de kamer 's nachts verlicht met een blauw licht. We vonden het niet prettig dat het betaald parkeren was, dit zijn wij bij andere hotels niet gewend.

Preise für Übernachtung Frühstück sind hoch zu dem was einem im Hotel geboten wird. Frühstück war nicht der Hit. Das vom Hotel empfohlene Parkhaus direkt gegenüber, ist teilweise in einem schlechten Zustand, so dass sich bei starkem Regen zum Teil der Farbanstrich der Decke löste und aufs Auto tropfte. Farbe ließ sich nur schwer entfernen. Terpentin nutze nichts !!!! Anrufe des Hotels bei der Gemeinde führten NICHT dazu, dass sich jemand zuständig fühlte !!!!!

Ontvangst door baliemedewerkers De prijs is hoog gezien de service op de kamer. BIjvoorbeeld gemis aan gratis WIFI of mogelijkheden om een kopje thee te zetten of iets uit de minibar te pakken. groet

Lobby heeft mooie uitstraling, Belangrijkste aan een hotel voor mij: Het bed en het kussen! Ik kom tenslotte om te slapen. Bed is niet echt comfortabel, het kussen is ronduit belabberd, wat een vod! Badkamer beetje verlopen qua afwerking. Erg klein ligbad.

Het is schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk Uiteindelijke prinses nietduidelijk. Zo moest ik apart voor het ontbijt betalen terwijl er ook kamers voor dezelfde prijs inclusief ontbijt worden aangeboden. Dit vonden een tegenvaller; ik had het kunnen weten als ik iedere Kee maar weer de kleine lettertjes had gelezen. Uiteindelijk wasdom hotel niet zo voordelig als werd voorgespiegeld.

Erg veel keus heb je niet als je persé in Lelystad moet zijn en dit hotel voldoet aan de verwachting die ik had.Personeel etc. zijn vriendelijk en hulpvaardig en dat is voor een kort verblijf het belangrijkste. Ontbijt vond ik wat karig;voor het overige niets te mekkeren.

De locatie omdat het dicht bij het centrum ligt. In een straal van 100 m zijn enkele goede restaurants. De prijs is te hoog. Bij late boeking is er geen voordeel. Voor frequent bezoek van vaste gasten is er ook geen voordeel.
