location (walk distance to everywhere), nice design inside, good shower facilities, soft beds Noisy and chilly in the room facing the street in spite of closed window. Though check-out time in the reservation letter was indicated as 7.30-15.00, they knocked in at 10:45 with the words: 'if you don`t check out in 15 minutes, we`ll charge you extra day '; + no toaster for breakfasts |

Room design was quite modernand stylish. Very noisy room. Room was above the kitchen and next to the entrance door to the floor. A lot of noise from the kitchen's ventilation system and the circulation on the floor. |

Situated at walking distance from the World Trade Centre, the hotel provided a nice clean spaceus accomodation. Receiving or making phone calls was not allowed. |

View, clean room,, great staff Very, very hard to find as they do not have a sign to acknowledge that it is a hotel. The good part is that the staff member came walking to find us to amke sure that we found it! |

hotel is lying near the centre, so with a few minutes walk, you reache the shops missing a little table on the room, which could be handy, if you have to write, or read things |

we konden ontbijten hoe laat we wilden jammer was dat er weinig dingen in de douche stonden zoals shampoo enz. er stond alleen 1 flesje bodylotion en er lagen haren in de douche en in het wasbakje en weinig handdoeken. |

Het hotel is goed gelegen. Parkeren in Rotterdam is duur, maar als je aan de andere kant van de grote baan gaat staan is het gratis vanaf 18u. Het betalen van de parking is niet eenvoudig. Slechts een aantal meters nemen visa aan. Heel lekker gegeten in het restaurant van het hotel. |

Professioneel, uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam, enorm verzorgde kamers, heel goede keuken. Niks op aan te merken. Een aanrader, qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding hélemaal goed. Zou zelfs meer voor de kamer hebben neergelegd indien nodig. |
