It was in a very convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk to both the city centre and the station A lack of storage space in the room, no chest of drawers available. The breakfast was very basic, only sliced bread provided (no cereals or rolls available). The stairs are very steep |

Run by a friendly team and in a cleaner part of central Amsterdam, but still close to all the action! Very steep stairs! |

The reception and the staff are truly excellent. They answered every of my questions about internet, city information and personal needs. When I had to leave luggage with them on the day to check out, they provided special care to my small computer bag, which is very nice. The stairs are Very steep. And as a solo traveler, I was put into a room on top floor, with slope roof and only small 'window' on the roof. The window towards the corridor is right above the bed, so it's not possible to open it. In other word, you may not get fresh air during your stay. With a room like that, I assume the room rate could be more reasonable given I stayed for three straight days. |

The hotel location was perfect - close enough to walk downtown, but far enough to get away. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, being a short walk from central station. The staff were friendly. The rooms were very basic and small. |

Good location and reasonable price for Amsterdam One night spoilt by behaviour of a large group of young men - no prizes for guessing which country they were from! Maybe hotel should refuse large group bookings? |

Located 2mins from city centre. There was a problem with the drains in the batthroom so we had to leave the light/fan on 24 hours a day to keep the smell away. Also there was a noise coming from the pipework that I can only describe as someone crashing a spanner against the radiator, all night! |

Easy access to the city and the train station. Rooms not as clean as they should be; Blankets had stains; I would rate its overall condition as at the lower end of a standard two star hotel |

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is good value for money. Everything worked and was clean. Shower door was broken but for the price I don't think people can complain. We have stayed here before and will again. Always our first choice when booking. |

The silence of the room, the comfort of the bed. The breakfast begins at 8h00, which is late when you come to work. |

Exceso de ruido por la noche. Las ventanas no están bien aisladas. Faltan dobles ventanas. |
