Stair way to go up to my room. It is difficult for people with a lot of luggages

no "hotel" services, basically an apartment.

very helpfull staff, spacy rooms (comparing to hotels of the kind), possibility to leave luggage in the hotel for free after check-out when the flight is in the evening, very good location, proximity to clubs and other night attractions, I have read comments before going there and was prepared that the hotel is very noisy, in fact it was a bit noisy because of the street, but it was bearable

there were no hair dryers in bathrooms, steep stairs

Perfect location to explore the city.

The heat did not work the first night. We spoke to the handy man and he turned it on later.

On Rembrantsplein and very convenient to everything. Staff is friendly and bilingual. Nice room.

On Rembrantsplein and alot of noise at night. Alot of stairs for this 60 year old.

It would have been nice to know that there was no elevator available.

the only thing was the stairs hard to do with your suitcase going up .
