The location of the hotel was excellent, it was easy to access from the tram. It seems that the hotel has a problem with mice, we were changed from our original room to much smaller room because I saw a mouse, unfortunetaly the second room also had a mouse. When we checked out there was an extra fee that was not told me, the hotel clerk said it was a tax that was not paid when I made the reservation. |

Central location and most staff were very helpfull. For the price charged breakfast was to say the least dissapointing . Staff although present were not particularly attentive . |

Location. The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Location is good but the rooms are really cramped and the hotel lacks atmosphere. The hallways are old (carpets, paint peeling off, moisture) and the rooms have really odd shapes. |

Locality Steps leading up to entrance...room was very small so we had to upgrade at a huge price..and breakfast was so expensive, we couldnt afford to eat there...very bad value. Even the bigger executive room had its faults...not clean...no bath/shower switch |

It is close to eveything : tram, central station, ah store, shops, Dam square, .... The Wi-Fi connection was very poor. It is recommended to use a cable connection. Amneties in the bathroom were randomly supplied. |

The only decent thing about my stay was the location in centre near Dam Square and Central Station The staff on duty were pathetic. I had no telephone (surely a safety issue if someone takes ill in room and cannot contact front desk) and no access to TV. I complained as soon as I arrived but wa snot offered a new room and was told trhey would look at it while I was out the hotel for dinner. I arrived back 11:00pm and they had done nothing about it. I wanted room service and had to use mobile !! |

Not much - it is very basic for a 4 star Yes - on the first two days tv, Tel nor internet worked . There was no reduction in price |

Location is convenient & staff was nice. The soundproof is very very bad !! We stayed in a room next to the street, and we heard the party noise from the nearby bar. And we heard the noise of banging door (because the door is difficult to close without force), and the walking sound of our neighbour room in the middle of the night at 4am. Basically you can not sleep with ease. It might be better if you have a room facing inside. |

Nothing. Took £80 off my credit card without my knowledge.I understand they take an imprint of my card IF i use facilities, but the man behind reception did not in any way tell me that £80 would be taken off my credit card.Small change was taken from my hotel room, apparently staff think this is a tip.It would of been nice if we were informed of this "custom" beforehand.The room was way too hot, etc. |
