Die Port van Cleve

部屋自体はこぎれいで良かったのですが、自分の英語力のせいと「そんなわけない」と自分に思い込ませて納得しようと思ってホテルには直接言えなかったの- ですが。。。あのホテルには何かありますか？カーテンが何度も引かれる音がしたり普通じゃありませんでした。

上記にも述べましたが、夜中に気味の悪い事が何度か起こりました。お化けが出る等の情報は以前にもありませんでしたか？絶対います。値段はお手ごろだっ- たと思いますが、お化けが出るならもっと安かったとしても泊まりませんでした。帰国してから回りの人に「返金してもらえるはず」と言われました。この辺- についてご解答を頂けますか？

スタッフはおおむね教育されていて洗練されている。

安いプランのせいかアメニティ（石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ等）が全く付いてなかった点。歴史的な建物のためやむを得ないかもしれませんが、やはり「古い」という印象を持ちました。

Hotel reception service is not good. One hour early check-in was not allowed though rooms were vacant, it took approx. 45minutes for the hotel staff to bring the luggage to my room after the check-in. Next day morning tried to contact the reception from the telephone in the room several times but they were not able to listen to me and nobody bothered to check also whether i need something.

we particulary liked the location and the history of the place was very interesting.The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were in a very central location and one of the ladies at reception was very helpfull. This very helpful lady even upgraded our room for the last night of our stay to make up for the hassle we had.

There was a trainee on reception when we arrived and she made a total mess of our check in then a mo5re senior lady came in to try sort the mess out and again made a worse mess of things. I had to get a pen and paper to show the staff how to add the bill and deposit properly. Also the house keeping staff were knocking on the door at 9:10 in the morning this is far too early.

The location os this hotel was excellent, close to the train station and Dam Square,

The street noise was unreal, it was like the windows were open! The decor in the room could do with a little lift, the couch in the room needed to be cleaned or recovered. I would stay there again for location.

It is in a really good location for all the attractions - a tram stops outside for example. The Bodega mural was stunning. Staff also very pleasant.

The rooms could be a bit bigger but as one is rarely in it, this does not matter. It makes up for this in history.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff and great location to train station and tram lines.
