I was so much impressed by the staff' in the hostel's best communication skills and kindness from the bar, restaurant and room services. Definitely if I go back to Amsterdam, I will stay in Die Port Cleve. It will be highly recommend .I travelled very much around the world and die port van cleve is the best. Keep up like that. Odette I love every minute of the stay in die port van cleve. I was 100% satisfied so do my husband. |

Its location, the lady who checked us in and the porter. We arrived to a decent size room that was quite old, tattered & dirty.The first night people were roaring,shouting,running around the corridor slamming doors.Our 2nd night we were woken at 3am when the door blew in.We had to move rooms and arrived in a very pokey room. Didn't sleep that night either with snoring from next door & 8am we had more shouting & screaming and to top it off, building work |

The location of the hotel was excellent, it was easy to access from the tram. It seems that the hotel has a problem with mice, we were changed from our original room to much smaller room because I saw a mouse, unfortunetaly the second room also had a mouse. When we checked out there was an extra fee that was not told me, the hotel clerk said it was a tax that was not paid when I made the reservation. |
