boa localização e boa relação custo benefício para o padrão dos hotéis em Amsterdan.

Para um hotel 4 estrelas deveria ter frigobar, ar condicionado e mais limpeza no quarto pois o teto e paredes estavam embolorados com problemas de umidade e o carpete tem forte cheiro de sujeira.

The convenience of the hotel to the centre of Amsterdam

We got one of the two rooms with the balcony so I was really happy. The location is excellent. Being Irish there is no way in hell I would give it four stars but the standard of hotels in Amsterdam Centrum is awful and this place was quite good. I would recommend it, especially if you can get a front of building room. TV is good and tea making facilities in room.

"Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge" ... wireless internet connection is not good or at least not in all the hotel BUT on the other hand the wired internet connection, which is also free of charge makes up for it

Very nice friendly cooperative staff, no complication on check in, excellent location, nice clean rooms (not very luxury but comfortable, room facilities (iron, coffee, mini bar, laptop size safe box, free internet access both wireless and cable, very good heating system)

the lift was slow, it was difficult to open windows, we changed room, the first one had water blockage on washing basin ..

we particulary liked the location and the history of the place was very interesting.The staff were friendly and helpful.

We were in a very central location and one of the ladies at reception was very helpfull. This very helpful lady even upgraded our room for the last night of our stay to make up for the hassle we had.

There was a trainee on reception when we arrived and she made a total mess of our check in then a mo5re senior lady came in to try sort the mess out and again made a worse mess of things. I had to get a pen and paper to show the staff how to add the bill and deposit properly. Also the house keeping staff were knocking on the door at 9:10 in the morning this is far too early.
