Internet booking,first on our list. Charged for two breakfasts,when one person using double room as no single rooms available.Should have been charged 50%less. 57 Euros for one person is scandlous. |

Lovely entrance, great location. Cheaper rooms not at the same standerd as the entrance. But that's what you pay for, great location makes it all worthwhile ! |

Hotel staff were very friendly, responsive and accomodating. The staff were well trained. The room was large, spacious and comfortable. The hotel can definitely improve on cleanliness! |

The breakfast was good. I choose this hotel because of the gym and got info about the opening hours in the reception. Once I get to the gym, I'm told that I need to reserve in advance to work out there. But since there were only 3 people in there, he reluctantly allowed me to train there. Strange experience. But if you don't want a gym, this hotel is OK. |

Hotel ideally situated close to shopping and food. They charged 25 euros to park. Across the street they only charge 14 euro at the public garage. No free internet.. |

Service was excellent, breakfast was very good but expensive (23 eur not included). Rooms were old fashioned yet clean and spacious. The rooms will be restyled by January 2010. It is very expensive for the room quality you get. It is one of the few decent hotels in Eindhoven (Holliday inn, Van der Valk). |

Voor een vijfsterren hotel had ik een luxere kamer verwacht. Ik had in een email nadrukkelijk gevraagd of gebruik van het solarium gratis was. Achteraf bleek dat je er toch voor moest betalen. |

We hadden twee standaard kamers geboekt, maar kregen een upgrade naar twee ruimere kamers / appartementen met keuken en aparte woonkamer. Personeel was vriendelijk, uitgebreide sport en ontspanning faciliteiten. Er logeerde een groep jongeren tijdens ons verblijf die overlast veroorzaakten. We hebben er niet veel last van gehad, maar kregen toch excuses aangeboden. |

voor de redlijke maar zeker niet bovengemiddeld mooie of verzorgde kamer een te hoge prijs. Ontbijt voor 28,50 E per persoon is volstrekt niet reeel als voor een enkele overnachting ook al 140,- E betaald dient te worden. |

Ligging en ambiance en de executive kamers (uit eerdere ervaringen) Slaapcomfort slecht vanwege hard matras (voor € 266 per nacht verwacht ik de kwaliteit van een Sofitel bed) en omdat verwarming is gekoppeld aan airco. Het is of te warm of te droog en lawaaierig. De mogelijkheid om a la carte te ontbijten is afgeschaft (op boekingsformulier kenbaar gemaakt, maar werd me pas aan de ontbijtdesk meegedeeld). Ik vind € 28 voor een bakje yoghurt echt te veel. Omdat ik door de droge airo al heel slecht had geslapen viel dit op dat moment verkeerd. Er werd me ook geen alternatief aangeboden. Mijn ervaringen die ochtend telefonisch gemeld bij de duty manager. Die hoorde mij wilwillend aan en liet het daarbij. |
