Modern lobby & nice breakfast although very expensive. Good central location. Parking fee very high as well as breakfast. Lobby is very modern but the rooms are very outdtaed and need refreshing badly, quite disappointing. Also individual heating/ac didn't work in the room and you can't open the big windows, very stuffy feel to the room. |

Staff were friendly and helpful For the cost of the room, I expected the room to be of a higher standard. There were large cracks in the wall and the grout in the bathroom tiles was discoloured/dirty. The general state of repair in the room was not not in keeping with this 'grade' of hotel. |

Staff were professional, friendly and most helpful. Quality of services were consistent. The chef of Brasserie Brugel on duty 16 March 2008 should be congratulated for the outstanding quality of the dish (praws with Chinese spring roll) prepared and the white Italian wine seletion. |

Friendly staff... This hotel is a decent 4 start hotel if we were still in the 80's. The comfort is still present, but everything got out-of-date. It could use a renovation. |
