The staff were very friendly and accommodating and spoke very good English and the room was nice and clean. I was disappointed there was no tea/coffee making facilities as being from England we do like a nice cup of tea and a fridge in the room would have been nice. |

Delft was a great place to be based for a weekend as I wanted to visit other places nearby in that weekend too. The hotel was right next to the train station which was great, and only a 10 minute stroll to the main square, which was a very safe walk I didn't know that you had to pre-book spa time, and was a bit disappointed by that, as I didn't want to be rigidly stuck to a time to be back for to use the facilities |

My room was clean and spacious. The bathroom and shower were very good too. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. The location was very handy for getting into the centre of Delft. The hotel is right by the railway but I didn't get disturbed by the trains. |

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was okay. It was easy to walk to things within Delft but this hotel isn't exactly in the center of activity. The train station is right across the street from the hotel and some people whose rooms were in the front of the hotel complained it was noisy. Our rooms were in the back of the hotel and we didn't hear anything. The only negative for me - it seemed like they had very thin walls and floors. I was worried that my kids were being too noisy. No one ever complained but I was constantly asking them to be quiet and to tip-toe on the floor. So, I don't necessarily recommend this hotel to people with young children. Still, you can't beat this price for a night or two in Delft. |

Very close to the railway station. Hotel staff was very polite and friendly. Wifi connection is free of charge. Noise from the outside - people around the station shouting until late. |
