Nice location with small balcony overlooking countryside. Quiet location, easy to get to. Nice bar. Room generally clean. Staff friendly enough. Overall fair value for money. A few dubious marks under the sink and on the toilet. Matresses very (too) soft! Shower kept going hot and cold. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast very expensive, so did not try. Also didn't like the charitable donation that is automatically added to your bill (which you can ask to be removed, but that's not the point). NB. please be aware that a lot of the local restaurants close the kitchen at 8pm!

Friendly professional staff, even though we were unhappy with the hotel Quality of the rooms was poor. Yes it is an old hotel, but there were no shelves or drawers for clothes. No space in the bathroom to put anything more than a toothbrush. Traffic noise. Grubby floors. Dead flies on the windowsill (in December?) and poor food at the bistro. Could go on, but guess you get the drift. No - not what we expected from the photos!

It's near a beautiful nature reserve, good for walking. The restaurant has good food. I had asked for a quiet room away from the road, but got a room directly along the road. (Because all the suites are facing the road.) When I found out, I asked for a quieter room. Staff were hesitant to provide the quieter option, I guess as that is cheaper... but finally put us in a room that was simple but good and quiet. Breakfast is not included (€15,50).

The location is ideal for a walking or biking trip to the national park. The Posbank is an hour walking. This hotel is definitely upper segment with spacy rooms, comfortable beds and good facilities. The staff seemed rather uninterested. A tell-tale sign is that the nearest parking spaces are not for clients but reserved for 'trainers'. That adequately expresses what I felt was the focus of the hotel. Central is also the senior's 'wellness' market - not outdoor activity. Oh and a detail but annoying: the floor above was (also) compressed wood transmitting all walking activities from hard-soled footwear from above.

The interior was nice, and the staff were helpful. There were nice balconies in the rooms. The pool was nice, and the saunas too. The breakfast was very good. In the rooms there were no fridges! The pool was a bit dirty and it took ages to get the other steamroom hot.

Location, nice surroundings, quiet, friendly, very helpful staff Lack of facilities in the room, such as cups for coffee, jug etc. Wifi was very weak. I needed to complete some work but found it difficult to do so.

Het hotel lijkt ons gedateerd met sobere kamers in de nieuwbouw, terwijl de website een romantisch hotel suggereert. De oversteek via een terras naar het ontbijt door de bittere koude van afgelopen zondag was onverwacht en zonder jas bepaald niet comfortabel.

Wij vonden het erg prettig dat wij koffie en thee faciliteiten hadden op de kamer. De snelheid van de bediening in de bistro had iets vlotter gekund. We waren niet de enige die op het eten aan het wachten waren.

Ontvangst, vriendelijkheid. Ligging. Natuurlijke omgeving. Een bad/douche met een handmatige mengkraan is een beetje uit de tijd. Dat is het zelfde als een huurauto met een zwengel om het raam te openen. Werkt prima maar je verwacht het niet.

Rustige ligging hotel, leuke loungehoek met open haard, schone kamer Min puntje geen koffie en theefaciliteit op de kamer, bij ontbijt werden sommige dingen om 10 00 uur niet meer aangevuld.

Super familiekamer met aparte zitkamer, 2 slaapkamers met super bedden en een meer dan royale moderne badkamer. Ontbijt kon beter. Door kou en buitenlucht naar restaurant voor ontbijt.

*Het personeel aan de receptie. *Het zwembad. *De locatie. *Akoestiek. *Rokersplek pal voor de ingang, als niet roker moet je daar wel langs: zet de rokersplek na de splitsing en dan kan ik zelf bepalen hoe ik wil lopen. *Schoenpoetsapparaat zonder schoenpoets (haal dat ding dan maar weg). *Zeer beperkte kennis personeel bistro en bar: wist erg weinig (bijv. Niet eens wat de huiswijn was, of wat een Leffe is). *Vies in de herenkleedkamer zwembad/sauna (het afvoerputje in de hoek is al in geen maanden schoon-gemaakt, ga maar eens kijken). Personeel dat met gasten? Incl. Schoenen aan het zwembad inliepen richting sauna (waarom geen blauwe overschoentjes?) *Rechterknop in infraroodsauna was kapot (half verwarmd). *Schaarse verlichting kamer: geen fatsoenlijk licht om op bed te lezen (probeer maar eens!) *Geen raam aanwezig in kamer.
