It was in Amsterdam....Do I need to add more? Was close to the middle of town. The water went every where in the shower. Breakfast was poor. No fruit or veg only meat and cheese for your rolls. Make sure you get down early for breakfast as the clock is 5 mins fast in the breakfast room and the lady starts packing up straight away.

Only good thing that I can say for the hotel is in the center of the Amsterdam. Its very close to Central station (5 min by walking) The room was horrible. It was bed smelling. The only words that I could hear from the receptionist was "how do you want to pay?"

location of the hotel is the only one advantage very poor service and facilities: the room wasn't prepared when I arrived, there were problems with light, heating and bathroom. Also the breakfast was bad.

Great location, just a short walk to Damstraat Square and Red Light City District. Won't take a big dent out of your wallet and provides you with all the basic needs for a comfortable stay. Personal showers in rooms is nice, many other hotels i've stayed in Amsterdam have shared showers for the entire floor. Wi-fi connection always helpful for reference during your stay or just to keep in touch with friends and family. Perfect for people who plan on spending most of their time out in the city rather than in their hotel rooms. Rooms are small, but it's fine if you just want to use your room to shower and sleep and spend the rest of your time out.

Location was good. The roomservice personnels knocked at our room every morning to "chase" us out so that they could make our room, and add on to say they are going home soon. At 10am in the morning. The ceiling's of the rooms moved and opened up due to wind from the outside, even though the windows were shut closed. One night, we came back to find one of the beds flipped over, with no sheets or covers, laid across another bed. And when we informed reception, they said "I will get someone to do it for you tomorrow morning." where did they expect us to sleep in the meanwhile?

Absolutely nothing likeable about this hotel apart from being conveniently located This is a gloomy badly maintained premises ,with an understandably poorly motivated staff ,whom I pity for having to turn up there every day.The bedroom we stayed in was the worst I have encountered .the breakfast was miserly and the gloom of the place infected everyone, both staff and guest alike. If the price per night had been 40 euro it would have been poor value..I Strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think again.it will spoil your stay in an otherwise enjoyable city.

It is in a very good location, in the centre of Amsterdam There was no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom and only one towel per person. Very loud noises woke me up during the night. They told me it was from the heating. The rubbish basket was dirty when I came the first night.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, superb location to the main city attractions my only gripes were that they could not find the key to the safety deposit box in my room and there was no remote control to the tv. Aside from this i would still stay at the hotel again
