The location in the center was great but the rooms are towards the main street and it is too noisy as the windows are very old and no noise absorption. One important reason I booked this hotel was the WiFi you promote on your website. It was working first day and then no more. The front desk staff told me upon my complaint: we cannot do anything and the hotel manager doesn't care to improve this. Last time it didn't work for 6 months. They told me about the only internet café around but this was closed several months already. So I spent several hours per day in Mc Donalds doing my work/e-mails. This is not acceptable - sorry! The rooms face the main road and I had to buy ear plugs to find a kind of sleep. Single glass windows with zero noise absorption. |

It is in core city centre. There is no need any transportation vehicle, everyhere in city can be reachable at most 15-20 minutes walk. There is an internet connected computer in the looby, open to the free usage of hotel customer. Breakfast is include3d the room price. Hotel is good if you go to sightsee the Amstedam and spend most of your time out of Hotel. Stadd is very smiley and helpfull. the quality of rooms is very poor considering the paid room price. Rooms are narrow, there is a construction activity just across the hotel and construction noise starts at 7 am in the morning. If you are looking for luxury, this hotel is not for you. |

The location was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included in the price. Our room was very hot, with only one window that would open. Also there was no fan or window in the bathroom. |

the people behind the front desk where amazing! it was well located, right in the center. The hotel was terrible! Thay had wifi only in the lobby, the bed were terrible, the hotel smelled. |

The hotel staff are all hilariously gay and there is beer in the vending machine This hotel is awful. We got charged alot for the tiniest double room ever. 2 of us could barely stand up at the same time. It's right on the Rokin so it's very loud. Bring earplugs. No air conditioning. We left after 3 nights and went to the Schiller |

The location of the Hotel is ideal for Centraal Station and is also close to many tourist attractions, Bars and Restaurants. Unfortuantely the Room I had didn't have Air Conditioning and I was not possible to open the Windows during the hot nights due to the noise from the Rokin, where long term Building / Road Works are in progress. |

The breakfast was good and in a side room so it was convenient to sit in a group or away from people until the coffee kicked in. The bathroom was roomy and we were able to open our window too. |

Location. It is near Dam Square and the canal tour ride. No clear instruction on how to use the door access card -- it is unlike others that we had seen. Reception was rude to my wife when she sought help on how to use the card. The explanation was hardly useful as he said "just keep trying". |

The location of the hotel is excellent, Dam and old town are very near, behind the hotel there is shopping street Value for money is ok, but rooms are very small and it is unusual to have bath in the same room as the toilet is. |
