Beautiful hotel, brand new. Cool designing and great service Close to everything.

The location is great- 15 minute walk from Centraal Station, short walk from tram stop. The room was comfortable and the lift was a nice treat. A nice step up from a backpacker joint.

I wanted to stay another night but the quoted me a rate double what I was paying for my original two night stay.

The rooms are very small, no mini bar in the room and not worth the amount of money per night.

Front desk staff extremely helpful. My son got sick so I wanted to stay an additional night. There were no more triples, but the front desk dude did not give up--he saw that I was desperate. He took several minutes, made some calls, and found us a room!!!!

A/C leaked water, located on noisy street.

Brand new, clean hotel room, very comfortable bed, free water boiler for tea, staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location!

I do liked location, it is perfect! The man at the front desk was always helpful in terms of advice.

Our friends had a problem and thay wanted to speak to responsible person but it was not possible for the whole three days. In terms of that problem they will contact you. Last day the elevator was out of order and I had to take my suitcase (24 kg) all alone form the 4th floor! In the hotel there is an unpleasant oudor. Beds are easily separating and therefore were not confortable at all. Related to all these the price was really high. Next time in Amsterdam we wouldn't stay at that hotel.

The hotel was easy to locate.

The price for the standard of the hotel was outrageous. I've paid less in 5 star hotels in London.

The hotel just finished renovation and everything is new and beautiful. Location is great - 2 min walking from DAM square and 2 sec from the main shopping street. Rooms are very small (double room) however, very clean and you have all you need. The staff were friendly and help us with all we asked. Next time I will be visiting Amsterdam, I will try and book a room for this hotel as first priority. Highly recommended!

The location was great. The room was very comfortable.

The breakfast was not included, although it was good. The price was really expensive, but after I found out it was the celebration of the new king.

The central position right in the hustle and bustle of the city. Close to everything.

Kettle in room, but no coffee or milk. Hot drinks machine (2 Euros) in reception area, but Out of Order. Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. Only two medium size bath towels - no hand towel.

As a frequent traveller I can honestly say this hotel represented the worst value for the dollar I have ever encountered. True 2 or less out of10.

All the bedrooms seem brand new (at least mine was). Great location and quiet.

Reception/eating room look a bit dated but it seems that the refurbishment is going to continue (?)

The location of the hotel was quite good. Also the staff was very polite.

The room was awfully small, only 10-15 meters squared. The restroom was 20 cm away from the bed which was also awfully small. Also the cleaning service was poor. The toilet paper was not replaced although it was finished. I would not suggest this hotel unless you have no other alternatives given the price of the hotel was 110EUR per night.

Good location, neatly renovated bathrooms.

Despite the good location, the hotel is not a good value for the money. The hotel is under renovation, noisy, and the rooms lack amenities. Lackluster breakfast was not included in the room, we learned later, and we had to pay for it when checking out. I heard one woman, accompanied by two children, arguing over the phone with her travel agent as she was trying to move to another hotel.

At time of booking we had not been informed of any building work in side hotel. Each floor had work carried out along with rooms still being built next to us from 8 am building work started . Are bedrooms should have not been rented out due to the size and especially the cost. This hotel should be visited by travel companies to vet. Ps . The cost of £100 per night did not even include breakfast . I would not recommend this hotel . Due to the noise and size of the room. I am strongly recommend for to reimbursement .

Vriendelijk onthaal, uitstekende ligging. Verzorgd ontbijt.

Kamers zijn niet zo groot, maar voor een citytrip is dat meer of voldoende.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de gastvrijheid en alles zag er netjes uit.

Fotoğraflardan daha kötü, odalar çok küçük. minibar yoktu. Deluxe oda kiraladık ama oda aydınlığa bakıyordu. Fiyat/fayda oranı çok kötü.
