Hotellet ligger mycket bra. Centralt Rummen borde målas o tapetseras. |

Det var nära till allt, trevlig personal, rekommenderar hotellet till folk som inte är så kräsna. Fick sova med jackan på första natten för det var så kallt. Inget duschdrapperi i badrummet. Rummen skulle behövas fräschas upp. |

The staff were fantastic! Really really nice and freindly and would do anything for us. They should be commended for their customer service skills. The brekfast was not exactly a meal to write home about! |

the location was the best part and the room was fairly comfortable the room could have been a little warmer and a kettle in the room would have meant all the difference besides going down to reception for tea or coffee |

Receptionists friendly & good cleaning staff. Room was fine for what I wanted, just a place to crash Nothing major. Breakfast was really bad but it didnt bother me much as I prefer to find places out & about to eat |

Small room, thin walls, unlocked windows, doesn't feel safe at all. I asked the staff some questions, and they replied "We are not a three stars hotel." |

Friendly staff and very clean and well worth the money we visit Amsterdam reguarly and this by far is the best hotel we have stayed in very close to most amenities and im attempting to book again for late december highly reccommended hotel Room was small with very little storage for two people as my wife is a avid shopper but my wife and i were able to cope with that |

The rooms are very clean. The breakfast was good. The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Location is very good, in the city centre close to the train station. The beds were very soft, not comfortable enough. There is a smell in the bathrooms coming from the pipes in the building, but I presume this is very often in Amsterdam as the majority of the buildings are very old. |
