Court Hotel City Centre Utrecht

Lo único realmente bueno es la ubicación ya que está en el centro de la ciudad con buenas comunicaciones.

El hotel es bastante nuevo pero está bastante descuidado en limpieza, ajado en las zonas comunes, como ascensores, escaleras, etc. además el olor a comida está impreganado por todo el hotel. En general mi impresión es muy mala por la falta de cuidado del mismo.

Las vistas y los cueartos de baño. Excelentes.

La iluminación interior del edificio con neones rojos.

Su ubicacion y el diseño

No tenia te o cafe de cortesia en la habitacion, la recepcion casi inexistente no hay sitio para sentarte y esperar solo un pequeño divan , es dificil de ver el nombre del hotel desde la calle

la cama es muy amplia y comoda

Hay que subir escaleras para entrar la hotel y no tiene un cartel fuera con el nombre

Good location, right in the city centre.

The hotel is nothing special. Average rooms. This is definately not a 'design' hotel. More a business hotel. There was laundrey in the main hall 24 hours a day.

Rooms were very well decorated and clean. Reception staff were very helpful - despite my arrival very late in the night (1am). A nice change from other night staff at other hotels.

Modern, trendy hotel with very friendly staff. Warm welcome. Spacious, quiet,cleverly designed contemporary style room ( at the back of the hotel).Well appointed bathroom. Nice details.

No private parking available and shower does not have enough water pressure ( third floor). It is a shame to have such a large walk-in shower when so little water comes out of the showerhead.

The rooms were large and airy, the style was very modern and clean. The location was great, it's very central to Utrecht and very close to good restaurants and the train station. The staff was very helpful, the food at the bistro was also very good. The breakfast were delicious, even if they were not included in the room rate.

The wi-fi access is terrible! It never works. It's necessary to bring your own cable, because the wireless internet doesn't work. Even the staff at the front desk apologized for this and offered to get me a cable (I had one, but it was very nice that they offered!). The bed was a little bit uncomfortable (two twin beds pushed together under the sheets and blankets).

the size and design of the room was good, there was a nice size bed and we loved the restaurant and brasserie downstairs.

we found the staff inexperienced and rude and we did not feel like we experienced the level of service we would expect for the cost of the hotel. the access to the lift was cut off duting the new years party which was held in the hotel and we were questioned as we tried to get over the barrier and up to our room leaving us feeling like we were breaking into our hotel!
