c'est vraiment un hotel sympa en plein centre ville , jolie chambre, prope lit trés confortable , la deco un peu froide (moderne ) , vraiment sympa à recommender un probléme c'est pour trouver le parking en connaissant utrecht j'ai mis une heure pour arriver au parking qui est à 3 minutes à pied et aucune aide de la récéptionniste il faut sortir de la zone pietonne , pas simple |

Gentillesse du personnel, être au centre ville+petit déjeuner délicieux accompagné d'une presse internationale Dans la chambre quelques points à améliorer: la lumière dans la salle de bains, la glace au dessus du lavabo est très loin et mal éclairée, peut être un miroir grossissant aiderait, de même matériel cassé dans un hotel neuf!!!. Le bruit des canalisations est gênant. Mauvaise qualité du double vitrage: bruits de la rue et enfin pourquoi un immense placard qui prend tout l'espace? |

qualité des chambres , très beau design en plein centre ville problème pour parking voiture . Prévenir qu'il faut du cash pour payer en hollande ( parking, restaurant...) |

Excellente situation, plein centre ville, hotel design avec une jolie chambre. difficile de trouver le parking, avons passé 1heure 1/2 à chercher l'accès, le prix de l'hôtel est un peu cher pour un hotel encore en cours de travaux |

Good location, right in the city centre. The hotel is nothing special. Average rooms. This is definately not a 'design' hotel. More a business hotel. There was laundrey in the main hall 24 hours a day. |

The hotel location is ideal, right next to the Dom and the Oudegracht. The room was charming. The storage for clothes and suitcases was excellent. The staff accommodating and very pleasant. There were minor problems with the room. The lighting in the room was too low for putting on make-up. The room was so new, it still had a chemical odor. |

Rooms were very well decorated and clean. Reception staff were very helpful - despite my arrival very late in the night (1am). A nice change from other night staff at other hotels. |

Modern, trendy hotel with very friendly staff. Warm welcome. Spacious, quiet,cleverly designed contemporary style room ( at the back of the hotel).Well appointed bathroom. Nice details. No private parking available and shower does not have enough water pressure ( third floor). It is a shame to have such a large walk-in shower when so little water comes out of the showerhead. |

Location was fabulous. I liked the clean, modern decor and flat-screen tv. No room service or coffee/tea facilities in the room- these would have been nice. Room facing the street was a little loud. |

The rooms were large and airy, the style was very modern and clean. The location was great, it's very central to Utrecht and very close to good restaurants and the train station. The staff was very helpful, the food at the bistro was also very good. The breakfast were delicious, even if they were not included in the room rate. The wi-fi access is terrible! It never works. It's necessary to bring your own cable, because the wireless internet doesn't work. Even the staff at the front desk apologized for this and offered to get me a cable (I had one, but it was very nice that they offered!). The bed was a little bit uncomfortable (two twin beds pushed together under the sheets and blankets). |

We loved the bathroom. The walk-in shower felt very luxurious and the towel warmer was great! We also loved that there was a mini-bar and a flat-screen tv in the room. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. |

the size and design of the room was good, there was a nice size bed and we loved the restaurant and brasserie downstairs. we found the staff inexperienced and rude and we did not feel like we experienced the level of service we would expect for the cost of the hotel. the access to the lift was cut off duting the new years party which was held in the hotel and we were questioned as we tried to get over the barrier and up to our room leaving us feeling like we were breaking into our hotel! |
