- Located very near to the centre of the Hague. - Palace of Peace and Justice is just a very short walking distance. In short walking distance of tram and bus stops as well (going to the city centre/central train station). - Very friendly and helpful staff.

- Single rooms are quite small, although bed in my single room is larger than a single bed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ramona and the young man who was also at reception and at breakfast the following morning

There is no mirror in the room and the bathroom is a bit dark.

Very comfortable, clean hotel with free wifi. Friendly and very helpful staffs. In a safe area.

A little ways from city center. About a half hour walk or you can take the tram for 3 euros each way which takes less then 10 mins.

The air didn't work, it was too hot and it was difficult to breath in the room.

I like the the fact that they are really making an effort to be eco-friendly and also serving a mostly organic breakfast without charging a small fortune.

Fairly long way from the city centre, more suited to business travellers maybe, but that goes fro Den Haag in general!

I must stress the fact that Tally was fantastic. She was great all the way. She helped me keep my reservation, even though it was reported that my card was blocked. She spoke really politely in phone and showed her characteristics of a fantastic staff. I recommend her for promotion with immediate effect. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the cleaning ness of the overall internal and external environment, the humility and willingness of the staffs to help and particularly Tally again :). Wonderful place to lodge. I'll recommend my friends for sure.

I didn't like the fact that it was a bit far from the city centre, although there are buses to convey passengers. Maybe the price is a bit on the high side also, but it's worth it, considering ow the likes of Tally and co takes care of their clients.

It's located in good location. Just 400 meters from tram stop. The design of the hotel was excellent. At reception, free coffee is available.It's not just machine coffee, but its excellent taste. The bed was comfortable. The staffs were very friendly.

The room is bit hot and it does not have air cooler. It is good for winter. The size of the room can be slightly bigger.

Plane flight cancelled from LOndon due to weather not my fault Notified hotel but could not get a refund for first night but they wrote me a letter so I can contact my travel insurance

The hotel design is great, a very fresh, young appeal in contrast to the stuffy, over-the-top fancy hotels. Service was great, staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is also located slightly out from the city center, which is fantastic if you need a quieter place (get a room facing the courtyard!). Yet there are trams and buses close by, and places are much shorter in distance than perceived on the map, even by walking. Keep up the good work guys!

The closest, nearest tram line (17) is down due to road construction, but the next closest (3) does just fine.

I particularly like the triple glazed windows - it is perhaps the most quiet bedroom I have ever stayed in. The free tea and coffee in the foyer was really excellent - although there wasn't anything decaffinated!

The breakfast wasn't really great quality - I did like the fact that there were organic produce but most of the bread products were prepackaged and then warmed in the oven. Again there was no decaffinated hot drink option.
