to be honest i did not like anything ! i thought it is similar to any crown plaza around the world, however, i was surprised that the hotel was really old, dirty and the rooms need lots of improvements and renovation. i was there on business actually and found that this hotel is not at all meant to be for business poeple. |

Location Check in staff told me I was elgible for Priority Club benefits and then when my key did not work in the lounge, the staff told me I was not elgible. I asked that they honor the first mesage, and they said they would not. Very poor service, all over a cup of coffee. |

chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing. |
