Die Lage und die Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich war saudreckig. Ich habe den Hotelmanager kommen lassen, weil z.B. die Sauna unbenutzbar war. Überall Schimmel!!!!Man hat es eingesehen aber ist keinen Cent vom Preis heruntergegangen. Für mich : Frechheit! MFG W.Ladiges |

Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof und der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Obwohl umgebaut wurde, hat man kaum etwas vom Lärm mitgekriegt. Grösstenteils sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Klimaanlage war etwas laut. Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang unfreundlich. |

absolut zentral gelegen, sehr schöne Lounge-Terrasse auf der Clubetage etwas düstere Zimmer, wenig Tageslicht, aber grundsätzlich OK - ist ja schließlich auch ein Stadthotel |

Very convenient location, and the hotel allowed check in at 11am instead of the advertised 3pm, at no extra cost. This was a wonderful advantage. Also enjoyed being in walking distance of the nightlife of Amsterdam. Our key cards didn't work well and had to be re-encoded every time .. |

Comfortable room, friendly staff and access to club room facilities including breakfast which was ideal continental style.Location also very good for access to city centre. Club room was advertised on top floor with city view but was actually on ground floor with no aspect. No view from room either which was very dark. Booked dinner in historic Dorius restaurant in Hotel on last night which turned out to have moved to new location on ground floor that day in modern cafe style brightly lit surroundings. This was very disappointing particularly since staff made no mention of this when we made reservation for restaurant that morning. |

Nice location - at the very center of the city. Clean and cozy hotel. There were repairment works in the morning. Hope they`ll finish that soon. |

Grerat room and i liked the Club Lounge with the terrace. Vey clean and considering the location it was very quiet. Renovation work ruined my stay. Had to leave by 9am as the electricy was off from 9-1pm??? |

very clean and modern, accessability from hotel to city attractions our greeting when arriving at the hotel at 2.45pm to book into our club room was a very curt "sit there your room is not ready" - this is not the greeting we would expect at a Crowne Plaza - perhaps we could have been invited to sit in the club room until it was ready or offered a refreshment as we had been travelling. |

Faulbous in-room facilities, comfortable bed, excellent location in the center of Amsterdam within walking distance of the central train station They are undergoing renovations and there are some inevitable disruptions. In particular, it was actually hard to find the entrance to the hotel because the first part you see is completely covered up by construction and it looks as if the hotel is closed. Also, experience with front desk staff was varied, some were very nice and helpful, others were a bit cold. |

Location is very close to Central Station and generaly close to everything. Check in process took at least 30 min. even thought only 1 person was ahead of us. We booked doble room and were given room with 2 beds?! It took another 20 min to find another room. I would never stay in this hotel or even the chain again. |

Proximity to traini station and hence airport. The noise form renovations which commenced at 07:30 am. It truly sounded as though someone was in my bathroom with a hammer. |
