Staff response to our request for internet

Not practicing policies outlined. e.g. stating you have an environmental policy on reducing wastage. We hung our towels up as requested (did not require new towels) however towels were still changed when room cleaned.

Club Lounge was absolutely great. Snacks, PC and printer were excellent. Location was central, one block from Central Station and close to the main tourist sights. High speed Wi-Fi was available in my room. This was one of my best hotel experiences to date.

Breakfast was priced to high. E 50 for two to eat breakfast was high and Internet should be included in room price or at least priced more reasonable.

The staff are exceptionally helpful in arranging the right room for the family. The staff were very courtesy in helping see amsterdam in our short visit. Amsterdam is a very nice and beautiful place

A nice, very clean and cosy hotel situated in the very center of Amsterdam. Rooms are spacious and well furnitured.

A choice of meals for breakfast could be richer for a 4-star hotel.

Staff were wonderful! As usual, Crowne Plaza put me in a quiet room on the top floor, as requested. I have trouble sleeping and Crowne Plaza are always the quietest hotels I've stayed at. I love their lavender pillow spritz too. Great sauna/gym for relaxation. Great location (although on an uninspiring street), close to the rail/metro station and a short walk from Jordaan and Red Light District.

Carpets! Rooms with hard flooring seem a lot cleaner. Restaurant/room service- I wasn't impressed with the quality of food, especially for the price. Both times arrived way too salty.

The staff were very helpful, we arrived before the check in time, unfortunatley our room was not ready but the staff let us leave our bags in a secure room which was excellent. The hotel is modern and clean and the rooms are very comfortable with everything you could need. We were also left some easter eggs which was a lovely.

Werent able to open the windows and I found the air very dry because of this. I didn't really like the feather pillows but im sure the staff would have changed them if I had asked, but as we were only there for four nights didnt bother; might be nice to have a pillow with a different filling in the wardrobe?

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were surperb and we even got a free upgrade because it was my partners birthday. The hotel is very central and I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Liked everything!

Comfortable beds consistent with all Crowne Plaza hotels, especially in a city where more expensive hotels do not have consistent reviews. Very helpful staff especially all the Consierges, even offering to lend us umbrellas. Wonderful bathroom with good hair dryer and anti-mist mirrors, safe, complementary water in the room, great coffee maker - the list goes on, this hotel gets it exactly right.

Nothing at all.

The location is perfect, few meters from everywhere, tram, shopping area, Damme Square. Also, the stuff is very helpful, and the room is very nice and comfortable.

It is just hard to find for the first time in Amsterdam (even with a gps Navigator) especially that there are ongoing street maintenance in front of the hotel.

The rooms were a good size and the beds extremely comfortable..!! The staff were extremely nice and nothing was too much trouble.
