The room itself was comfortable (although mine was a long walk from the lift), and it was quiet, and so a good night's sleep was guaranteed. Also very well located - close to Centraal Station and therefore the nightlife of the red light district and other central attractions. Having to pay about 20 euro for the wi-fi connection. This is extortionate. I travel a lot, and I need Internet connectivity - even inexpensive hotels in Kazakhstan and Thailand offer free wi-fi connectivity, and with your hotel is charging 175 euros per night for the room, I do think that wi-fi (which is very inexpensive to provide), should be provided without charge. Keep the bathrobe - give me something useful for my money.

All of the staff were very helpful. Location was great as you only had to walk 5 mins with suitcase from central station. Tram stop more or less outside too. Price of hotel was expensive, but was comparable with other major hotels in the city. Breakfast way over prices though at 25 euro per person.

From start to finish, everything was effortless. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure any questions you had were answered. We were given a complimentary plate of small cakes and a bottle of wine on the morning of my girlfriend's birthday. The beds were extremely comfortable! The location is perfect - 5-10 min walk from the station and on the doorstep of just about everything. It's on a fairly main road, but it's a relatively quiet road. Besides, the soundproofing in the rooms were excellent.

Few minutes walks from Dam Place and the Central Station. Very warm staff. Room was large and comfortable. You can go eating in the restaurant in groundfloor, good french cuisine. If you pay 25 euros you have a very large breakfast. Tiny bathroom. To get a proper temperature we were sent an electric heater because the air conditioning does not work.

Attention of the staff for the birthday of my girlfriend, received upgrade and breakfast. Canabis smell in our room late night, sound isolation of the room from street noise, bed too warm for summer conditions

The location and comfort of the hotel. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. Great location close to Centra Station and the shopping district. There was also a geat fire in the hotel lounge area. Ideal for warming up after a day of sightseeing.

The location of the Hotel is fantastic it is really 2 minutes from the station and minutes from Dam Square. It is modern, clean and the staff are friendly it said check in was 3pmI checked in at 11.30am by a very friendly receptionist. Room was very nice good size and bed was very very comfortable. Tv had English channels there was a port for usb charging for iPhone/iPad etc. The access to wi-fi is extortionate at 20 euros for 24 hour access in this day and age a shame given how good the hotel was. The iron in the room was rubbish

Nice rooms with full equipment and very quiet The fitness room is old fashion and not really a great place to be, don't forget to turn on the sauna 15 min before you want to go there as for obvious economical reasons it is spent when no one is in there

The staff were very accomodating and were especially helpful when making recommendations of places to eat in the city Some of the prices (E.G. drinks at the bar) were very expensive but as we used this more as a base to explore the city we didn't find it a major negative.

Modern, clean hotel, excellent location near to central station and trans, with main shopping street on the doorstep. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in. Restaurant / lounge facilities were good, with reasonable selection. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with tea / coffee facilities and mini bar, good selection if English tv / movies and decent shower. Highly recommended. Only minor complaints were room was on small side, but this seems to be the norm in Amsterdam and my wife would have preferred hairdryer and mirror in room rather than bathroom.

Location Expensive.. Bathroom cleaning was not good.. Bathroom vent was not working and when I asked for it to be fixed, someone came and looked at it and told me it needs a lot of time and work so it is better to leave it as it is.. I didn't know that I have to put 50 euros deposit for each night till I got there.
