No se si sera que Amsterdam es demasiado costosa pero me parecio que el hotel es muy caro para lo que ofrece habitacin pequeña,poco confortable |

Excelente ubicación, de lo mejor sobre todo para moverse por los alrededores El personal es poco simpático, pero en sintonía con lo habitual en este tipo de hoteles Europeos. Las instalaciones aunque bien conservadas, se ven bastante anticuadas |

Proximity to traini station and hence airport. The noise form renovations which commenced at 07:30 am. It truly sounded as though someone was in my bathroom with a hammer. |

Nice and convenient location (next to Central Station and city center). Good level of comfort. Good kitchen. Good staff. Good experience. There was a refurbishment activity, and recreational premises were closed, and some noise from roof disturbed a bit. On Sunday it may take a bit more time to complete procedures at front desc if you prolong your stay online. |

near city centre due to rennovation work there was an alternate entrance. This entrance was not good. The floor looks worn out. The first impression was not good after paying such a high price. The breakfast has limited options also. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff ! Very well located near Central Station and city center. Underground parking very nearby (100m), which is very convenient. However, parking is very expensive (4.5 Euro per hour with a max. of 50 Euro per 24 hours. The hotel offers valet parking service for 40 Euro/day. Hotel is undergoing a massive refurbishing, which is greatly needed. Work should be finished by September 2009. Rooms are clean but definitely need the revamp ! Airco didn't work and there is no way to open the window to get some fresh air in the room. All in all, I find the price too high for what you get. At this moment, certainly not worth the published 4 star rating. |

Very centrally located. Walking distance to Dam and central station. Size of the room was good. Unfriendly staff! No previous note about the automatic minibar system. Please be aware that you need ask for another refrigirator if you want to put some things you bought like cheese, etc. Room was OK but not very clean. Especially the bathroom was very very poor and unclean. Ugly, old and unclean carpets. |

to be honest i did not like anything ! i thought it is similar to any crown plaza around the world, however, i was surprised that the hotel was really old, dirty and the rooms need lots of improvements and renovation. i was there on business actually and found that this hotel is not at all meant to be for business poeple. |

Location Check in staff told me I was elgible for Priority Club benefits and then when my key did not work in the lounge, the staff told me I was not elgible. I asked that they honor the first mesage, and they said they would not. Very poor service, all over a cup of coffee. |
